Abstract
본 발명은 2축 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름에 관한 것이다. 이 필름의 기재 플라이는 메탈로센 촉매에 의해 제조한 폴리프로필렌으로 주로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 폴리프로필렌은 40 이상의 평균 이소택틱 블록 길이, 1% 미만의 n-헵탄-가용성 부분 및 4 미만의 수평균분자량(Mn)에 대한 중량평균분자량(Mw)의 비율에 의해 구별된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체의13-C-NMR 스펙트럼의 개략적인 확대도이다.
Claims (14)
- 2개의 구조적 쇄 디펙트(defect)들 사이의 폴리프로필렌 분자의 평균 이소택틱 블록 길이의 통계학적 평균이 40 이상이고,13C-NMR 분광으로 측정한 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄-불용성 부분의 쇄 이소택틱 지수가 95% 이상이고, 분자량 분포에 있어서 수평균분자량(M)에 대한 중량평균분자량(Mn)의 비율이 4 미만이고, 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄-가용성 부분이 1% 미만이고, 가열-밀봉성 필름의 광택도가 90 이상, 바람직하게는 105 이상이고, 가열 밀봉성 필름의 헤이즈가 2.5 미만, 바람직하게는 2.0 미만인, 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 하나 이상의기재 플라이(ply)를 갖는 2축 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 2개의 구조적 쇄 디펙트들 사이의 폴리프로필렌 분자의 평균 이소택틱 블록 길이가 통계학적 평균이 40 이상이고,13C-NMR 분광 분석으로 측정한 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄-불용성 부분의 이소택틱 지수가 95% 이상이고, 분자량 분포에 있어서, 수평균분자량(Mn)에 대한 중량평균분자량(Mn)의 비율이 4 미만이고, 폴리프로필렌의 n-헵탄-가용성 부분이 1% 미만이고, 비가열-밀봉성 필름의 광택도가 120 이상, 바람직하게는 130 이상이고, 비가열 밀봉성 필름의 헤이즈가 2.0 미만, 바람직하게는 1.8 미만인, 기재 플라이가 주로 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 기재 플라이를 갖는 비가열 밀봉성 2축 연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재 플라이가,13C-MNR 분광 분석으로 측정한 n-헵탄-불용성 부분의 쇄 이소택틱 지수가 95% 이상, 바람직하게는 96% 이상, 특히 97% 이상인 폴리프로필렌을 함유한은 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 플라이가, Mw/Mn이 3.0 미만, 바람직하게는 2.7 미만인 폴리프로필렌을 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 면에, 바람직하게는 양면에 α-올레핀계 중합체로 이루어진 상부 플라이를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 면 또는 양면에 α-올레핀계 중합체로 이루어진 내부 플라이 또는 내부 플라이(들)가 기재 플라이와 상부 플라이(들) 사이에 도포되는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 플라이(들) 및 또는 내부 플라이(들)가 중화제 및/또는 안정화제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 플라이가 대전 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상부 플라이(들)가 윤활제 및/또는 점착 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 플라이(들)가 중화제, 안정화제, 대전 방지제 및/또는 점착 방지제를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 4 내지 100㎛이고, 기재 플라이가 전체 두께의 약 40 내지 60%에 해당하는 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 개개의 층들의 중합체를 압출기 내에서 가열, 압축 및 용융시키고, 필름의 개개의 층들의 해당하는 용융물을 시이트 다이를 통해 함께 동시 압출시키고, 수득된 필름을 권취 롤에서 연신시키고, 냉각시키고 고형화시키고, 수득된 예비필름을 종방향 및 횡방향으로 연신시켜, 종방향 대 횡방향의 신장률을 3 : 1 내지 9 : 1로, 횡방향 대 종방향의 신장률을 4 : 1 내지 12 : 1로 연신시킴을 포함하며, 제1항에 따르는 폴리프로필렌 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 폴리프로필렌 필름의 포장 필름으로서의 용도.
