Abstract
본 발명은 현대인의 영양과잉과 운동부족에서 야기되는 비만방지와 성인병의 예방을 위한 기능성 해조다당류의 제조방법과 이를 이용한 식품(라면 및 식빵, 아이스크림, 건강보조음료 등)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세히는 성인병 발병의 원인물질인 콜레스테롤, 중성지질 및 저밀도지단백의 체내흡수에 대하여 억제효과가 있는 알긴산 분해물의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 식품제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing functional seaweed polysaccharides for preventing obesity and adult diseases caused by overnutrition and lack of exercise in modern people, and a method for preparing food (ramen and bread, ice cream, health supplement beverage, etc.) using the same.
