Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지가 다이를 통하여 용융, 압출되어 용융쉬트의 형태로 성형되는 단계 및 상기 단계에서 성형된 쉬트가 다이 하방에 설치되어 있는 냉각롤을 거쳐 고화 쉬트로 제조되는 단계를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 쉬트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 다이와 스트리퍼롤 사이에 냉각롤 표면의 올리고머를 제거하기 위한 복사가열장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법이다.
본 발명에 의하면 올리고머의 부착으로 인한 냉각롤 청소를 위해 제막 작업을 휴지하지 않아도 되므로 가동률을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제조된 쉬트의 표면에서 발생될 수 있는 결함을 줄일 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 열가소성 수지가 다이를 통하여 용융, 압출되어 용융 쉬트의 형태로 성형되는 단계; 및 상기 단계에서 성형된 쉬트가 다이 하방에 설치되어 있는 냉각롤을 거쳐 고화 쉬트로 제조되는 단계를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 쉬트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 다이와 스트리퍼를 사이에 냉각롤 표면의 올리고머를 제거하기 위한 복사가열장치가 설치되어 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트, 폴리테트라메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리테트라메틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌카르복실레이트, 액정폴리에스테르 등의 폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 나일론, 폴리이미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌 및 폴리페닐렌설파이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 쉬트의 제조 방법.
