Abstract

통기성, 가요성 직물 지지재료 및 열가소성 결합제에 의해 상기 지지재료위에 고정된 흡착제 입자로 이루어진 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물은, 흡착제 입자의 표면에 서로 이격된 결합제 입자가 제공되며, 결합제 입자의 평균 직경이 흡착제 입자의 평균 직경보다 작고, 흡착제 입자는 결합제 입자에 의해 서로 결합되며, 지지재료가 200g/m2이상의 흡착제로 채워지고, 표면 구조물이 0.5 내지 5㎜의 전체 두께를 가지며, 그것의 가요성은 최대 5㎜의 휨 반경을 파괴없이 허용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 제조방법은 물을 공급하면서 흡착제 입자와 결합제 입자를 혼합하는 것을 기초로 하며, 그 다음에 연속하는 순서로 직물 지지재료상에 혼합물을 뿌리는 단계, 결합제의 용융시작점 이상으로 가열하는 단계, 가요성 필터 표면 구조물의 냉각 및 감는 단계를 포함한다. 제품은 공기 정화시스템내에 그리고 보호 피복용으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 통기성, 가요성 직물 지지재료, 및 열가소성 결합제에 의해 상기 지지재료 위에 고정된, 100 내지 5000㎛의 평균 직경을 가진 흡착제 입자로 이루어진 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물에 있어서, 흡착제 입자의 표면에는 서로 이격된 결합제 입자가 제공되며, 결합제 입자의 평균 직경이 흡착제 입자의 평균 직경보다 작고, 흡착제 입자는 결합제 입자에 의해 서로 결합되며, 지지재료가 200g/m2이상의 흡착제로 채워지고, 표면 구조물이 0.5 내지 5㎜의 전체 두께를 가지며, 그것의 가요성은 최대 5㎜의 휨 반경을 파괴없이 허용하고, 결합제 입자는 130℃내지 140℃의 용융범위를 가지며 130℃ 내지 180℃에서 전체 온도범위에 걸쳐 변하지 않는 점도를 가진 고점성 용융물로 되고 폴리카프로락톤으로 된 연질 세그먼트 성분 및 1.4 부탄디올 및 1.6 헥산디올과 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트로된 경질 세그먼트 성분으로 구성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 직물 덮개재료가 지지재료와 동일한 방식으로 지지재료 반대편의 활성탄 입자 측면과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡착제가 활성탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물.
  4. a) 실온에서 5분동안 100 내지 5000㎛의 평균 입자크기를 가진 규칙적인 또는 불규칙적인 형상의 70 내지 95중량% 흡착제 입자, 흡착제 입자의 평균크기의 90 내지 5% 평균 입자크기를 가진 규칙적인 또는 불규칙적인 형상의 30 내지 5중량% 결합제 입자, 및 흡착제, 결합제 및 물로 이루어진 전체 혼합물에 대해, 15 내지 70중량% 물을 혼합하는 단계; 여기서, 결합제 입자의 용융범위는 흡착제 입자의 용융범위보다 낮고, 결합제는 100℃ 이하에서 흡착제 표면상에 퍼지지 않으며, 많은 량의 결합제가 흡착제 입자의 평균 크기 보다 작고; b) 혼합물을 퇴적물로서 적어도 180℃의 온도를 파괴없이 견디는 직물 지지재료에 도포하는 단계, c) 혼합물을 20 내지 120초동안 적어도 100℃로, 결합제의 용융범위보다 적어도 5℃ 높지만 흡착제의 용융 시작점 이하로 가열하며, 동시에 혼합물로부터 수증기를 배출시키는 단계, d) 가요성 필터 표면 구조물을 냉각시키고 감는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가열전에 지지재료 반대편의 흡착제 표면에 적어도 지지재료의 내열성과 동일한 내열성을 갖는 직물 덮개재료를 놓는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 활성탄 흡착제 입자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 혼합전에 수용성 또는 물에 분산가능한 수착 촉진 보조물질을 물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각각 상이한 수착 촉진 보조물질을 포함하는 적어도 2개의 필터 표면 구조물을 그것의 제조후에 서로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 흡착제/결합제 상으로된 층으로 느슨한 퇴적물을 형성하고, 개별상에 상이한 양의 수착 촉진 물질을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 흡착 필터 표면 구조물의 제조방법.
  10. 공기 정화시스템내의 필터 부품으로서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필터 표면 구조물의 용도.
  11. 보호 피복의 부품으로서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필터 표면 구조물의 용도.
