Abstract
본 발명은 자동차용 공기입 타이어의 고무조성물에 관한 것인바, 타이어의 성능 중 제동 성능과 내마모 성능은 서로 정확히 상반되는 성능은 아니지만 내마모 성능이 좋은 고무는 대체로 제동 성능이 떨어지고, 한편 제동 성능이 좋은 고무의 경우에 있어서는 내마모 성능이 떨어져 두가지의 성능을 균형적으로 조화시키는 일은 실로 용이한 일이 아니다. 그리하여 본 발명은 고무의 내마모성능을 향상시키기 위하여는 일정량의 부타디엔 고무를 첨가하고 이러한 부타디엔고무의 첨가에 의해 저하되는 제동 성능은 종래에 있어서의 타이어 고무 조성물에 있어서의 량보다 적은 량의 카본 블랙을 혼합시키고, 종래의 타이어 고무 조성물에 있어서의 가공유량보다 더욱 많은 량의 가공유를 혼합하므로서 고무와의 마찰계수를 높여 이를 향상시킬 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a rubber composition of pneumatic tires for automobiles, but the braking performance and the abrasion resistance performance of the tire are not exactly opposite to each other, but the rubber having good abrasion resistance is generally inferior to the braking performance, while the braking performance In the case of this good rubber, it is not easy to balance the two performances due to poor wear resistance.
