Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아닐린 유도체에 관한 것이다:
상기 식에서, R1은 아이코사펜타에노일 또는 도코사헥사에노일이며; R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고; R4는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내며; A는 단일결합, -C(=O)NH-(CH2)n-NH0(여기에서 n은 2 또는 3이다), 또는 다음 일반식의 2가 그룹을 나타내고,
여기에서 m 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.
본 발명의 아닐린 유도체는 대식세포로부터 유도된 ACAT에 대한 좋은 억제활성 및 높은 선택성을 가지고 있으며, 동맥경화증의 예방 및 치료제로서 유용하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아닐린 유도체:
    상기 식에서, R1은 아이코사펜타에노일 또는 도코사헥사에노일이며; R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고; R4는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내며; A는 단일결합, -C(=O)NH-(CH2)n-NH-(여기에서 n 2 또는 3이다), 또는 다음 일반식의 2가 그룹을 나타내고,
    여기에서 m 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 아닐린 유도체:
    상기 식에서, R1은 5,8,11,14,17-아이코사펜타에노일 또는 4,7,10,13,16,19-도코사헥사에노일이며; R2및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 메틴, 에틸, 이소프로필, 메톡시 또는 불소 원자를 나타내고; R4는 수소 원자, 메틸, 메톡시 또는 불소 원자를 나타내며; A는 단일결합, -C(=O)NH-(CH2)2-NH- 또는 다음 구조식의 2가 그룹을 나타낸다;
  3. 제1항에 따르는 아닐린 유도체 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 활성성분으로서 제1항에 따르는 아닐린 유도체를 함유하는 ACAT 억제제.
  5. 활성성분으로서 제1항에 따르는 아닐린 유도체를 함유하는 동맥경화증 예방 및 치료제.
