Abstract

본 발명은 연료제어엔진(14), 마스터 마찰클러치(16), 다속기계 변속기(12) 및 마이크로 프로세서를 토대로 한 제어장치(44)를 구비한 자동기계 변속장치(10)가 장비된 차량에 대해 차량줄발상태중 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 제어방법/장치에 관한 것이다. 차량출발중 트로틀위치(THL)의 기준값(최대 연료주입의 10~20%)보다 작으면, 연료주입이 드로틀 위치를 따르고, 그렇지 않으면, 연료주입이 드로틀 위치 엔진속도(ES) 및/또는 변화비(dES/dt)클러치장치 및/또는 시간인자의 기능에 따라 제어장치에 의해 결정되는 산출량(FCALC)이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 연료제어엔진(14) 엔진의 연료주입을 제어하는 연료콘트롤러(13) 다속기계 변속기(12), 상기 변속기와 엔진 사이에 구동할 수 있게 배설된 마스터 마찰클러 치(16), 마스터 클러치의 맞물림과 분리를 제어하는 비수동제어 클러치 액츄에이터(36), 수동위치 드로틀(30), 드로틀 위치를 표시하는 입력신호(THL)를 제공하는 드로틀 위치센서 및 드로틀 위치를 나타내는 상기 입력신호를 포함하는 입력신호를 수신하고 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령출력신호를 상기 연료콘트롤러 및 상기 클러치 액츄에이터를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터에 발생시키는 제어장치(44)를 구비한 자동기계 변속시스템이 장비된 차량의 차량출발작동중 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 제어방법에서, 상기 논리법칙을 상기 마스터 클러치의 제어맞물림을 포함하는 차량출발 작동으로 작동을 감지하고 드로틀 위치(THL)에 상응하는 연료주입레벨(TREQ)에 무관하게 산출된 연료주입값(FCALC)에 대한 상기 엔진이 연료주입을 제어하는 법칙을 포함하는 것에 있어서, (1) 차량구동라인에 손상을 주지 않고 저속작동중 차량오퍼레이터에 만족을 주는 엔진플라이휠 토오크(REF)의 기준레벨을 결정하는 단계와; (2) 차량출발상태를 감지하는 단계와; (3) 차량출발상태중 드로틀 위치에 필요한 연료주입레벨이 기준레벨보다 작으면, 드로틀 위치가 만족되게 엔진연료주입을 하게 하고, 드로틀 위치가 필요한 연료주입레벨이 기준레벨을 초과하면 엔진의 연료주입을 산출된 연료주입값으로 하게 하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지연료주입 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준레벨을 전체 드로틀변위중 20% 이하에서 요구되는 연료주입에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료주입제어방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기준레벨을 전체 드로틀변위의 약 10%에서 필요한 연료주입에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료주입제어방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입력신호는 변속맞물림비(GR)와 차량브레이크의 작동을 나타내는 신호를 포함하고, 상기 차량출발상태를 감지하는 단계는 (i) 변속비변경의 개시 또는 (ii) 차량 브레이크를 가하는 것중 하나를 감지할 때, 차량출발상태의 종단을 감지하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료주입제어방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산출된 연료주입값은 드로틀 위치 요구에 따라 엔진의 연료주입보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료주입제어방법.
  6. 연료주입엔진(14) 엔진의 연료주입을 제어하는 연료콘트롤러(32), 다속기계 변속기(12), 상기 변속기와 엔진 사이에 구동할 수 있게 배설된 마스터 마찰클러치(16), 마스터 클러치의 맞물림과 분리를 제어하는 비수동 제어클러치 액츄에이터(36), 수동위치 드로틀(30) 및 드로틀 위치를 나타내는 입력신호(THL)을 제공하는 드로틀 위치센서를 구비한 자동기계 변속시스템이 제공된 차량출발 작동중 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 드로틀 위치를 나타내는 입력신호를 포함하는 입력신호를 수신하는 입력신호수신 수단과; 소정의 논리 법칙에 따라 상기 입력신호를 처리하여 명령출력신호를 상기 연료콘트롤러와 상기 클러치 액츄에이터를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터에 발생시키는 데이터 처리수단(44)을 구비하고; 상기 논리법칙을 (1) 드로틀 위치(THL)에 해당하는 연료주입레벨(TREQ)에 무관하게 상기 마스터 클러치의 맞물림을 제어하는 산출된 연료주입값(FCALC)에 대한 상기 엔진의 연료주입을 제어하는 차량출발 작동을 감지하는 법칙과; (2) 차량구동라인에 손상이 되지 않고, 저속작동중 차량오퍼레이터에 만족스러운 엔진플라이휠 토오크(REF)의 기준레벨을 결정하는 법칙과; (3) 차량출발상태중 드로틀 위치가 요구하는 연료주입레벨이 기준값보다 작으면 드로틀 위치가 필요하게 엔진을 연료주입하고, 드로틀 위치가 필요로 하는 연료주입레벨이 기준값을 초과하면, 엔진의 연료주입이 산출된 연료주입값이 되게 하는 법칙을 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기준값을 전드로틀 변위의 20% 이하에서 요구되는 연료주입에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기준레벨은 전체 드로틀 변위의 약 10%에 필요한 연료주입에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입력신호는 변위 맞물림비(GR)과 차량브레이크의 작동을 나타내는 신호를 포함하는 차량출발상태의 상기 감지는 (i) 변속비변경의 개시 또는 (ii) 차량브레이크의 가함중 하나를 감지할 때 차량출발상태의 종단을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산출된 연료주입값은 드로틀위치가 요구한 것으로 엔진의 연료주입보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료주입을 제어하는 장치.
