Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지에 카본블랙(Carbon black)및/ 또는 그라파이트(Graphite)도전성 분체를 첨가하여 자기온도 제어성을 갖도록 한 발열체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 100 중량부의 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지에 10~40 중량부의 카본블랙과 5~20중량부의 그라파이트(Graphite)도전성 분체를 단독 또는 혼용하여 혼합하고 전자선 조사 가교조제, 산화방지제 및 충진제를 혼합처리하여 고온에서도 사용이 가능하며 발열체 조성물의 고유특성인 자기온도 제어성은 물론 장기 과전 안전성이 우수하다.The present invention relates to a heating element composition having carbon black and / or graphite conductive powder added to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin so as to have self-temperature controllability, and 10 to 40 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin.
