Abstract
본 발명은 고강도이면서 염소이온이 존재하는 부식분위기하에서 우수한 내식성 및 내마모성을 가지는 고강도 고내시성 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스강에 관한 것으로, 구체적인 조성은 중량%로 크롬 12∼16%, 니켈 5% 이하, 몰리브덴 0.5∼5%, 탄소 0.1∼0.6%, 질소 0.05∼0.3%, 바나듐 0.5% 이하, 규소 2.0% 이하, 망간 2.0% 이하 및 잔여철로 이루어진다. 따라서 본 발명 합금은 부동태 피막을 치밀하게 하여 내식성을 현저히 증가시킬 수 있도록 몰리브덴과 질소를 첨가하여 내식성을 향상시키고자 하였으며, 또한 몰리브덴 첨가에 따른 페라이트상의 형성으로 강도 및 경도의 저하를 막기 위해 오스테나이트 안정화 원소인 질소, 탄소, 니켈을 적절한 함량 수준으로 조정하여 고온에서 오스테나이트 단상조직이 얻어지도록 함으로써 냉각시 마르텐사이트 변태를 일으켜 강도 및 경도의 향상을 도모하여 기존의 마르텐사이트계 스테인레스강의 사용분야 이외에 보다 우수한 내시성과 강도를 요구하는 다양한 산업분야에 광범위하게 사용가능하고, 경제적인 측면에서도 범용 스테인레스강 AISI 304보다 저렴한 비용으로 제조가능하므로 그 용도가 매우 다양해지는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a high strength, high resistance martensitic stainless steel having high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance in a corrosion atmosphere in which chlorine ions are present, and the specific composition is 12% by weight to 16% of chromium, 5% or less of nickel, and 0.5 molybdenum. -5%, carbon 0.1-0.6%, nitrogen 0.05-0.3%, vanadium 0.5% or less, silicon 2.0% or less, manganese 2.0% or less, and residual iron. It can be widely used in various industrial fields requiring more excellent resistance and strength, and economically, since it can be manufactured at a lower cost than general-purpose stainless steel AISI 304, its use is very versatile.
