Abstract

본 발명은 제철소에서 발생되는 분말철의 고로취입방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 목적은, 분말철을 고로의 풍구에 취입할 때 분말철을 용융환원시킬 수 있는 탄화수소 매체로 조정제된 폐윤활유를 사용하므로서, 분말철을 분말 상태 그대로 취입할 수 있는 효과적인 고로취입방법을 제공하고자 하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 조정제된 폐윤활유에 50중량% 이하의 철분말을 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조한 다음, 이 슬러리 연료를 고로 풍구내로 분사하여 구성되는 분말철의 고로 취입방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 조정제된 폐윤활유에 50중량% 이하의 철분말을 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조한 다음, 이 슬러리 연료를 고로 풍구내로 분사하여 구성되는 분말철의 고로 취입방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정제된 폐윤활유중의 저융점 금속인 Pb 및 Zn이 각각 200ppm 이하로 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
