Abstract

본 발명은 (1) 0.25~0.50dl/g의 고유 점도를 갖는 용융된 예비중합체를 제조하고, (2) 불활성 기체를 용융된 예비중합체 내로 분산시켜 0.10~0.50의 보이드 분율을 갖는 발포된 PEN 예비중합체를 형성하고, (3) 발포된 PEN 예비중합체를 과립으로 형성하고, (4) 80~140℃의 온도에서 과립성 PEN 예비중합체를 휘발시키고, (5) 150~260℃의 온도에서 휘발화된 PEN 예비중합체를 결정화하고, (6) 235-약 265℃의 온도에서 결정화된 PEN 예비중합체를 고체 상태 중합하여 고체 상태 중합된 PEN 중합체 또는 그의 공중합체를 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 고체 상태 중합된 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트)(PEN) 중합체 또는 이의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법을 포함한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 0.25~0.50dl/g의 고유 점도를 갖는 용융된 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 예비중합체를 제조하고; 불활성 기체를 예비중합체 내로 분산시켜 0.10~0.50의 보이드 분율을 갖는 발포된 폴리 (에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 예비중합체를 형성하고; 발포된 예비중합체를 고체 상태-중합체 적합한 과립으로 형성하고; 80~140℃의 온도에서 예비중합체 과립을 휘발시키고; 150~260℃에서 변하는 온도에서 휘발화된 예비중합체를 결정화하고; 235-약265℃에서 변하는 온도에서 결정화된 예비중합체를 고체 상태 중합하여 고분자량 폴리 (에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 중합체 또는 이의 공중합체를 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 고분자량 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 중합체 또는 이의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융된 예비중합체가 0.25~0.45dl/g의 고유 점도를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 질소인 방법.
  4. 제1~3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 발포된 예비중합체가 0.15~0.30 또는 바람직하게 0.20~0.25의보이드 분율을 갖는 방법.
  5. 제1~4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 예비중합체를 120~130℃의 온도에서 휘발시키는 방법.
  6. 제1~5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 예비중합체를 190~205℃의 온도에서 결정화시키는 방법.
  7. 제1~6항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 예비중합체를 240~260℃의 온도에서 고체 상태 중합하는 방법.
  8. 제1~7항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 테레프탈산으로부터의 반복 단위를 단지 20몰%를 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1~8항의 방법에 의해 생성된 고분자량 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트) 중합체 또는 이의 공중합체.
