Abstract
본 발명은 시간당 기체 흐름속도와 배출된 중합체의 시간당 흐름속도 사이의 중량비율이 0.6 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 고체상태 중축합 방법에 관한 것으로서, 비활성 기체는 180 내지 230℃의 온도에서 중합체의 이동층중으로 순환된다.

Claims (7)
- 수지를 이동층 반응기의 상단으로부터 공급하여 바닥으로부터 배출시키고; 비활성 기체를 수지와 향류 또는 같은 흐름방향으로 재순환시키고; 반응기중의 온도는 180 내지 230℃로 유지시키고; 수지의 평균 잔류시간을 중합체 고유점도가 최소한 0.1dl/g로 중가질 정도로 충분하게 하는 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지의 연속적 고체상태 중축합 방법으로서, 시간당 기체 흐름속도와 반응기로부터 배출된 중합체의 시간당 흐름속도간의 중량비율(R)이 0.6 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지의 연속적 중축합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R 비율이 0.2 내지 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 반응기중의 온도가 190내지 210℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비활성 기체가 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 질소가 중합체와 같은 흐름방향으로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지가 폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 1 내지20%의 이소프탈산 단위체를 함유하는 혼성 폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질소는 메탄 당량물에서 나타나는 10ppm 이하의 수준으로 유기 불순물 정제 처리된 후, 반응기로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합 방법.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
