Abstract
단쇄 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드와 테트라플루오로 에틸렌과의 반응용 촉매로서의 구리의 선택성은 추가의 전이 금속을 보조 촉매로서 사용하는 경우 증가한다.

Claims (6)
- 일반식 RfI의 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드(여기서, Rf는 아래에서 정의하는 바와 같다)를 구리와 보조 촉매로서의 추가의 전이 금속을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 생성된 텔로머 혼합물에 있어서의 최대 탄소수가 6 내지 10의 범위인 다음 일반식의 퍼플루오로알킬 요오다이드 텔로머의 제조방법.Rf(CF2-CF2)nI (1)상기 식에서, Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 퍼플루오로알킬이고, n은 1 내지 약 4이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조 촉매로서 사용되는 금속이 자체로 촉매적으로 불활성이거나 또는 약활성인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 자체가 약활성이거나 또는 불활성인 금속이 구리로 피복되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연, 망간, 바나듐, 로듐, 레늄 및 은으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 촉매적으로 활성인 금속이 보조촉매로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속이 지지체에 고정되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라플루오로에틸렌이 교반기에 의해 가스화되어 액상으로 통과되는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
