Abstract

본 발명은 유효성분으로서 오메프라졸; 안정화제로서 수용성 염기성 아미노산; 및 기제로서 지방산 트리글리세라이드와 모드 및 디글리세라이드의 혼합물로 이루어진 수산기가 10 이하의 유용성 반합성 기제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 직장투여용 조성물은 안정화제로서 수용성 염기성 아미노산과 더불어 수산기가 10 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 수산기가 5이하의 유용성 반합성 기제를 사용함으로써 탁월한 안정성을 제공하여 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 유효성분으로서 오메프라졸; 안정화제로서 수용성 염기성 아미노산; 및 기제로서 지방산 트리글리세라이드와 모노 및 디글리세라이드의 혼합물로 이루어진 수산기가 10 이하의 유용성 반합성 기제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기체가 수산기가 5이하의 유용성 반합성 기제임을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유용성 반합성 기제를 구성하는 지방산이 탄소수 10 내지 18의 포화지방산임을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기제가 전체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 90중량% 내지 99중량%의 비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 기제가 전체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 95중량% 내지 98중량%의 비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제가 아르기닌, 리신 및 히스티딘으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 수용성 염기성 아미노산임을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제로서 수용성 염기성 아미노산을 오메프라졸 1몰에 대하여 0.1 내지 20몰의 비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제로서 수용성 염기성 아미노산을 오메프라졸 1몰에 대하여 0.5 내지 10몰의 비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 오메프라졸-함유 직장투여용 조성물.
