Abstract

본 발명은 아이론의 불소코팅에 관한 것으로서, 아이론의 불소화코팅층의 경도, 내마모성을 개선하고, 다림질할때의 천의 달라붙음을 억제하기 위하여 도전성을 개선하고, 미끄럼성을 손상하지 않고서 경도, 내마모성을 개선하고, 광휘성을 높인 아이론을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 세라믹의 위스커(4)를 도료속에 분산시키므로서 도포막의 경도, 내마모성이 향상된 아이론으로서 작용하고, 또, 도전성재료에 의해 세라믹의 위스커(4)의 표면을 코팅한 것을 도포막속에 분산시키므로서 다림질할때에 천의 달라붙음이 적은 아이론으로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기재와, 기재의 표면에 형성한 코팅층을 구비하고, 상기 코팅층은, 저겅도 불소수지로서 4불화에틸렌수지·4불화에틸렌퍼플로로알콕시에틸렌공중합체수지·4불화에틸렌-6불화프로필렌공중합체수지·4불화에틸렌-에틸렌공중합체수지의 1종류 또는 그 조합과, 세라믹의 위스커를 가진 도료를 코팅해서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이론.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹스의 위스커는 도전성재료에 의해 표면이 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이론.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹의 위스커를 고형분에 대해서 20wt% 이하를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 아이론.
  4. 제1항~제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층은, 입자직경을 50㎛이하로한 운모 또는 알루미늄입자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 아이론.
  5. 제1항~제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로팅층은, 입자직경을 50㎛이하로한 운모 또는 알루미늄입자와 입자직경을 60~125㎛로 한 운모 또는 알루미늄입자를 95/5∼90/20의 비율로 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 아이론.
