Abstract

본 발명은 경량골재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 제조공정이 간단할 뿐만 아니라 제품의 물성 중 경량성과 내크렉성이 향상되고 흡수율이 감소된 경량골재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 골재는 플라이 애쉬 100중량부에 대하여 50% 희석된 규산나트륨 5∼30중량부, 칼리장석 10∼20중량부, 소다회 2∼15중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 제조방법은 상기 조성물을 균일하게 혼합하여 성형한 후, 750∼1,050℃의 온도에서 15∼60분간 소성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 공정을 거쳐서 얻어진 소성물은 비중 0.9∼1.2, 압축강도 190∼220㎏/㎠, 흡수율 3% 이내 정도의 물성을 지니게 되므로 범용 건축자재는 물론, 경량성과 내화성이 요구되는 특수 분야에 적용이 가능하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 플라이 애쉬 100중량부에 대하여 50% 희석된 규산나트륨 5∼30중량부, 칼리장석 10∼20중량부, 소다회 2∼15중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘이 10중량부 이내 더욱 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 붕산이 10중량부 이내 더욱 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 기재의 조성물을 균일하게 혼합하여 성형한 후, 750∼1,050℃의 온도에서 15∼60분간 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량골재의 제조방법.
