2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
무산소 조건하에서 반응조에 주입되는 탄소원의 비용을 절감하고, 상기 탄소원의 주입비에 따른 질소제거의 최적조건을 제공하며, 시공의 간편성 및 규모를 최소화하려고 하는 것임.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
유입-반응-침전-방류의 연속 반복적인 과정을 통해 축산폐수를 처리할 수 있도록 하는 연속회분식 반응기에 있어서, 유압폐수 자체를 산소의 공급없이 교반시켜 혐기성 반응을 유도하여 유기산으로 산발효시켜 탄소원으로 이용하고, 축산폐수의 유기물제거 및 질소,인 제거의 최적조건으로 원폐수와 상기 탄소원의 주입비를 무산소 기간에 7:3으로 주입시키는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 유입-반응-침전-방류의 연속 반복적인 과정을 통해 축산폐수를 처리할 수 있도록 하는 연속회분식 반응기에 있어서, 유압폐수 자체를 산소의 공급없이 교반시켜 혐기성 반응을 유도하여 유기산으로 산발효시켜 탄소원으로 이용하고, 축산폐수의 유기물제거 및 질소,인 제거의 최적조건으로 원폐수와 상기 탄소원의 주입비를 무산소 기간에 7:3으로 주입시키는 것을 특징으로 한 연속회분식 반응기를 이용한 축산폐수 처리방법.
  2. 유입-반응-침전-방류의 연속 반복적인 과정을 통해 축산폐수를 처리할 수 있도록 하는 연속회분식 반응기의 탱크구조에 있어서, 상기 탱크는 상부가 개방된 수직원통체의 몸체(1)로 형성되고, 상기 몸체(1) 내부는 일측으로 트여진 중앙부의 반응조(2)를 중심으로 방류조(3), 침전분리조(4), 산발효조(5), 집수조(6)가 순차적으로 구획 및 배치된 것을 특징으로 한 연속회분식 반응기를 이용한 축산폐수 처리장치.
