본 발명은 통상의 물분사법에 의해 철분말을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 물분사법으로 얻어진 철분말을 환원 또는 불활성 분위기하에서 900℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하여 유지한 다음 냉각하는 열처리 과정을 2회 이상 실시함을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 철분말의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.The present invention provides a method for producing iron powder by a conventional water spray method, wherein the iron powder obtained by the water spray method is heated or maintained at a temperature of 900 ℃ or more under a reducing or inert atmosphere, and then subjected to a heat treatment process of cooling at least twice.
