영상정보 등의 정보를 위성방송, CATV, 비디오카세트테이프나 광디스크 등의형태에 의해 유료로 제공하는 경우의 과금시스템에 관한 것으로서, 영상정보를 가능한한 염가로 사용자에게 제공하는 영상정보 과금시스템과 과금방법을 제공하기 위해서, 영상정보에 제1과금정보와 제1과금정보와는 다른 제2과금정보를 포함시키고, 영상정보는 주영상정보인 제1영성정보와 제2영상정보를 포함하고 제1과금정보는 제1영상정보에 부가되고, 제2과금정보는 제2영상정보에 부가되며, 과금처리장치는 과금정보에 따라 과금처리를 하고, 과금처리장치는 제2과금정보가 검출된 경우에 제2과금정보에 따라 과금처리를 실행하는 구성으로 하였다. 이러한 구성에 의해 저가격으로 정보취득을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (28)

  1. 영상정보와 과금정보를 포함하는 스크램블된 신호를 기록매체에 기록하고 리드하는 기록재생수단, 상기 기록재생수단에서 리드한 신호에서 원래의 영상신호를 재생하는 수단 및 상기 리드한 신호에서 상기 과금정보를 검출하는 검출수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과금정보는 제1과금정보와 상기 제1과금정보와는 다른 제2과금정보를 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 또는 제2중 어느 1개의 과금정보에 따라 과금처리를 하는 과금처리수단을 또 포함하고, 상기 과금처리수단은 상기 제2과금정보가 검출된 경우에 상기 제2과금정보에 따라 상기 과금처리를 실행하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 영상정보는 제1영상정보와 제2영상정보를 포함하고, 상기 제1과금정보는 상기 제1영상정보에 부가되고, 상기 제2과금정보는 상기 제2영상정보에 부가되어 있고, 상기 과금처리수단은 상기 과금정보에 따라 상기 제1영상정보의 과금조건을 결정하는 수단을 갖고, 결정한 상기 과금조건에 따라 상기 제1영상정보의 재생시간에 따른 과금액을 계산하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2과금정보는 상기 제2영상정보중에 소정간격으로 배치된 다수의 과금신호영역의신호로 나타나고, 상기 검출수단이 상기 다수의 과금신호영역의 신호를 소정회수 검출한 경우에 상기 제2과금정보에 대응하는 과금조건이 결정되는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 과금처리수단은 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보에 따라서 소정시간당의 과금액을 계산하는 수단, 상기 스크램블된 신호가 재생된 시간을 계측하는 수단 및 상기 계측수단이 상기 소정시간을 계시할때마다 요금지불결재를 하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2과금정보는 상기 제2영상정보중에 분산해서 배치된 다수의 과금신호영역의 신호로 나타나고, 상기 검출수단이 상기 다수의 과금신호영역내의 소정의 과금신호의 조합에 따라 상기 제2과금정보에 대응하는 과금조건이 결정되는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 재생한 신호에서 에러를 검출해서 상기 에러의 양이 소정값을 초과한 경우에 에러신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 에러신호에 따라서 상기 과금조건을 변경하는 수단을 갖는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 재생한 신호에서 에러를 검출해서 상기 에러의 양이 소정값을 초과한 경우에 에러신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 에러신호에 따라서 상기 과금처리를 무효로 하는 수단을 갖는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2과금정보에 대응하는 과금조건은 과금액을 소정액 또는 소정비율로 디스카운트하거나 또는 과금처리를 무효로 하는 지정을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  11. 제1영상정보를 포함하는 신호와 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 출력하는 영상 정보 출력수단, 상기 영상정보 출력수단으로부터의 상기 제1영상정보를 포함하는 신호에 제1과금정보를 부가하고, 상기 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호에 상기 제1과금정보와는 다른 제2과금정보를 부가한 수단, 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보가 부가된 상호 신호를 전송하는 수단 및 상기 전송수단에서 전송된 신호를 받고, 받은 그 신호에서 상기 제1 또는 제2영상정보와 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보를 얻는 재생수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 재생수단은 상기 전송수단에서 전송된 상기 신호를 기록매체에 기록하고 재생하는 기록재생장치와 상기 기록재생장치에 의해 재생된 상기 기록매체의 신호에서 상기 과금정보를 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 과금정보를 부가하는 수단은 제1과 제2과금정보를 상기 제1과 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호중에 각각 분산해서 부가하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 과금정보를 부가하는 수단은 제1과 제2과금정보를 상기 제1과 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호중에 각각 일정간격으로 부가하는 영상신호 과금시스템.

  16. 제1과금정보가 부가된 제1영상정보와 상기 제1과금정보와 다른 제2과금정보가 부가된 제2 영상정보를 포함하는 신호가 기록된 기록매체에서 상기 신호를 재생하는 수단, 재생한 상기 신호에서 상기 제1 또는 제2과금 정보를 검출하는 수단, 상기 제2과금정보가 소정회수이상 검출되었는지 되지 않았는지를 결정하는 수단 및 상기 제1과금정보가 검출되고, 상기 제2과금정보가 소정회수이상 검출되지 않은 경우에 상기 제1과금정보에 따라서 과금처리를 하고, 상기 제1과금정보가 검출되고, 상기 제2과금정보가 소정회수 이상 검출된 경우에 상기 제2과금정보에 따라서 과금처리를 하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 과금처리를 하는 수단은 제1 또는 제2과금정보에 따라서 소정시간당의 과금액을계산하는 수단, 상기 신호가 재생된 시간을 계측하는 수단 및 상기 계측수단이 상기 소정시간을 계시할 때마다 요금지불결재를 하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 요금지불결재수단은 전자머니를 저장하는 IC카드가 접속되는 인터페이스수단과 상기 IC 카드의 상기 전자머니에서 상기 소정시간마다 상기 과금액을 인출하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금 시스템.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 재생한 신호에서 에러를 검출해서 상기 에러의 양이 소정값을 초과한 경우에 에러신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 에러신호에 따라서 상기 과금액을 변경하는 수단을 또 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  20. 제1과금정보가 부가된 제1영상정보와 상기 제1과금정보와 다른 제2과금정보가 부가된 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호가 기록된 기록매체에서 상기 신호를 재생하는 수단, 상기 제2과금정보는 상기 제2영상정보중에 분산해서 배치된 다수의 영역의 과금신호로 표시되고 있는 영상신호 과금시스템으로서, 재생한 상기 신호에서 상기 제1과금정보를 검출하는 수단, 상기 제1과금정보에서 제1과금조건을 결정하는 수단, 상기 검출수단이 검출한 상기 과금신호영역의 신호에 따라 상기 제2과금정보를 검출하는 수단, 상기 제2과금정보에서 제2과금조건을 결정하는 수단 및 상기 제1과금정보가 검출되고, 상기 제2과금정보가 검출되지 않는 경우에 상기 제1과금조건에 따라서 과금처리를 하고, 상기 제2과금정보가 검출된 경우에 상기 제2과금조건에 따라서 과금처리를 하는수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 과금처리를 하는 수단은 상기 제1 또는 제2과금조건에 따라서 소정시간당의 과금액을 계산하는 수단, 상기 신호가 재생된 시간을 계측하는 수단 및 상기 계측수단이 상기 소정시간을 계시할 때마다 요금지불결재를 하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 과금신호영역내의 소정개수의 영역의 과금신호의 조합에 의해 상기 제2과금조건이 결정되는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 요금지불결재수단은 전자머니를 저항하는 IC카드가 접속되는 인터페이스수단과 상기 IC카드의 상기 전자머니에서 상기소정시간마다 과금액을 인출하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 재생한 신호에서 에러를 검출해서 상기 에러의 양이 소정값을 초과한 경우에 에러신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 에러신호에 따라서 상기 제1 또는 제2과금조건을 변경하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  25. 제21항에 있어서, 재생한 신호에서 에러를 검출해서 상기 에러의 양이 소정값을 초과한 경우에 에러신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 에러신호에 따라서 상기 과금처리를 무효로 하는 수단을 포함하는 영상신호 과금시스템.
  26. 영상정보와 과금정보를 포함하는 스크램블된 신호를 기록매체에 기록하는 스텝, 상기 기록매체에서 상기 영상정보와 상기 과금정보를 리드하는 스텝, 상기 기록재생수단에 의해 리드한 신호에서 원래의 영상신호를 재생하는 스텝 및 상기 리드한 신호에서 상기 과금정보를 검출하는 스텝을 포함하는 영상신호 과금방법.
  27. 제1영상정보를 포함하는 신호와 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호 중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 출력하는 스텝, 상기 제1영상정보를 포함하는 신호에 제1과금정보를 부가하거나 또는 상기 제2영상정보를 포함하는 신호에 상기 제1과금정보와는 다른 제2과금정보를 부가하는 스텝, 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보가 부가된 상기 신호를 전송하는 스텝 및 전송된 상기 신호를 받고, 받은 그 신호에서 상기 제1 또는 제2영상정보와 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보를 재생하는 스텝을 포함하는 영상신호 과금방법.
  28. 정보소오스로부터의 제1과금정보, 상기 제1과금정보와는 다른 제2과금정보와 영상정보를 포함하는 신호를 받는 스텝, 받은 상기 신호에서 상기 제1 또는 제2과금정보를 리드하는 스텝, 상기 제2과금정보가 리드된 것을 검출하는 스텝 및 상기 제2과금정보의 리드가 검출된 경우에는 상기 제2과금정보에 따라서 과금처리를 하는 스텝을 포함하는 영상신호 과금방법.
