본 발명은 텔레비전의 전원회로에서 과전압이 발생되어 플라이백트랜스포머에 인가되게 되면 수평출력트랜지스터의 콜렉터측에 가해지는 콜렉터전압이 상승됨에 따라 그 수평출력트랜지스터에 과부하가 발생되어 수상관 애노우드에 과잉 상승된 수상관 애노우드전압이 인가됨에 따라 수상관하면으로부터 인체에 유해한 대량의 X-선이 방출될수 있게 된다는 사정을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로, 텔레비전의 전원회로를 통해 플라이백트랜스에 인가되는 전원전압이 과전압 상태인 것으로 검출되면 그 과전압으로 인해 수평출력트랜지스터에 과부하가 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위해 SMPS회로부의 입력전원을 차단하도록 된 과전압시 수평출력 트랜지스터보호장치를 제공한다.According to the present invention, when an overvoltage is generated in a power supply circuit of a television and applied to a flyback transformer, the collector voltage applied to the collector side of the horizontal output transistor is increased so that the horizontal output transistor is overloaded, causing excessive rise in the water pipe anode.
