Abstract
하니컴구조체의 압출성형용 금형에 관한 것으로 더 상세하게는 관상공부위의 도입통로와 선단부위의 성형용통로가 직접 상호 관통되도록 되어 있어 배토의 압출저항을 감소시켰고, 도입통로와 성형용 통로 사이에 원추형태의 홈을 형성시켜 압력부배를 균등하게 하였으며, 또한 도입통로가 다수 설치된 관상공부위와 성형용통로가 다수 선단부위를 일체화시켜 가공 및 제작이 용이하도록 한 하니컴구조체의 압출성형용 금형에 관한 것으로 하니컴구조체의 압출성형용 금형에 있어서, 배토가 압입되는 원형의 도입통로가 다수 설치된 관상공부위와 하니컴형상을 갖도록 하는 격자상으로 된 성형용 통로가 다수 설차된 선단부위가 분리되어 있지 않고 일체화된 하나의 구조로 되어 있는 후면부금형과 하니컴구조체의 외피를 형성하고 후면부금형에 걸리는 압력을 지지해 주는 전면부금형, 두 파트로 분리, 구성되어 있어 가공 및 제작이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 "하이컴구조체의 압출성형용 금형".It relates to the extrusion molding die of the honeycomb structure.
