Abstract

목적 : 접합부 전반에 걸쳐 접합강도를 높인 자동차용 복합재 구동축의 접합법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.PURPOSE: To provide a method for joining drive shafts for automobile composites with increased joint strength throughout the joint.

구성 : 자동차용 구동축을 FRP 튜브와 금속제 플랜지로 구성하고, 이들 두 요소간의 접합부에는 0.15∼0.2㎜정도의 접합공간을 마련하고 이 접합공간의 안팎에 형성한 링좌에 0링을 끼워 누수방지를 기도하며, 상기 접합공간과 통하는 곳에 접착제 주입구와 내부공기 배출용 배기구를 형성하고서 상기 주입구를 통하여 감압주입기로 에폭시수지를 강제로 주입하여 상기 접합공간을 빈틈없이 채워 접합하는 것이다.Composition: The drive shaft of automobile is composed of FRP tube and metal flange.The joint space between these two elements is provided with a joint space of about 0.15 ~ 0.2mm and zero ring is inserted into the ring seat formed inside and outside the joint space to prevent leakage. 자동차용 구동축을 FRP 튜브와 금속재 플랜지로 구성하고, 이들 두 요소간의 접합부에는 0.15∼2.0㎜ 정도의 접합공간을 마련하고 이 접합공간의 안팎에 형성한 링좌에 0링을 끼워 누수방지를 기도하며, 상기 접합공간과 통하는 곳에 접착제 주입구와 내부공기 배출용 배기구를 형성하고서 상기 주입구를 통하여 감압주입기로 에폭시수지를 강제로 주입하여 상기 접합공간을 빈틈없이 채워 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 복합재 구동축의 접합법.The driving shaft for automobile is composed of FRP tube and metal flange, and the joint space between these two elements is provided with a joint space of about 0.15 ~ 2.0mm and 0 ring is inserted into the ring seat formed inside and outside the joint space to prevent leakage.
