Abstract
본 발명은 배추절임용 소금물의 회수·정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 한외여과막 또는 정밀여과막을 사용하여 김치의 제조공정중 발생하는 배추절임용 염수를 폐기하지 않고 회수·정제하여 재사용함으로써 환경오염을 방지하고 원가도 절감할 수 있는 배추절임용 소금물의 회수·정제방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for the recovery and purification of salt water for pickling cabbage, and more particularly, using an ultrafiltration membrane or a microfiltration membrane to recover, purify, and reuse the brine salt for cabbage pickling generated during the manufacturing process of kimchi without reuse.
