Abstract
본 발명은 산업로등의 열간 보수시 사용되는 화염용사 재료에 관한 것으로, 특히 내화연와의 팽창율과 거의 동일한 열간선팽창율을 갖는 동시에 내수명성이 우수한 열간보수용 화염용사재료에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 중량%로 : SiO:85-95%, Al2O3:3.0-5.0%, CaO:5.0-2.0%, Na2O+K2O:1.0% 이하 및 기타불가피한 불순물로 조성되고, 입경이 1.0㎜ 이하인 분말로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산업로 열간보수용 화염용사재료에 관한 것을 그 요지로 하고 있다.

Claims (3)
- 중량%로 : SiO2:85-95%, Al2O3:3.0-5.0%, CaO:5.0-2.0%, Na2O+K2O:1.0% 이하 및 기타불가피한 불순물로 조성되고, 입경이 1.0㎜ 이하인 분말로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산업로 열간보수용 화염용사재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 입경이 1.0-0.005㎜인 것이 80중량% 이상의 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화염용사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말 입자 표면이 요철로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화염용사재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
