Abstract

The hydrolysing method of fat and oil (I) in two-phase system with microorganisms consists of (1) culturing Pseudomonas putida 3SK (KCTC 8425) (II) in the LB medium, (2) adding 0.4-5 gram of (I) into isooctane 20ml and the culture medium as 1-10:5 ratio, and (3) hydrolysing (I) for 84 hours. The log P of partition coefficient of (I) in the reaction system is 4.8, and the isooctane does not inhibit the growth of (II). (II) is deposited for wastewater treatment.
