Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 베벨기어를 사용하여 하나의 모터로 펄세이터(16)와 탈수조(17)내의 탈수통(18)을 각각 선택적으로 구동할 수 있는 2조식세탁기용 감속기어 조립체를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 2조식세탁기용 감속기어 조립체는 풀리(2)가 일체로 형성된 원통형의 기어 하우징(1), 상기 기어하우징(1)의 상부면과 하부면에 각각 탈수축(6)과 모터축(5)이 관통할 수 있도록 하는 축고정홈(3), 상기 축고정홈(3)과 수직이 되도록 하여 상기 기어하우징(1)에 대하여 회전가능하게 고성시킨 기어축(4)을 가지며, 상기 탈수축(6)과 모터축(5)의 단부에 서로에 대하여 대향되도록 하여 큰 베벨기어(11,14)들을 고정시키고, 이들 큰 베벨기어(11,14)들 사이에 역시 상기 기어축(4)을 축중심으로 기어축(4)에 대하여 자유롭게 회전가능하도록 고정된 한쌍의 작은 베벨기어(12,13)들을 상기 기어축(4)에 일체로 하여 상기 큰 베벨기어(11,14)들과 작은 베벨기어(12,13)들이 서로에 대하여 기어접촉되도록 하여 고정되도록 함을 특징으로 한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 감속기어 조립체가 사용된 2조식세탁기의 단면도이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 감속기어 조립도를 상세하게 도시한 단면도로서 기어하우징에 밴드브레이크의 라이닝이 접촉되어 기어하우징의 회전을 억제하고 있는 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리(2)가 일체로 형성된 원통형의 기어하우징(1), 상기 기어하우징(1)의 상부면과 하부면에 각각 탈수축(6)과 모터축(5)이 관통할 수 있도록 하는 축고정홈(3), 상기 축고정홈(3)과 수직이 되도록 하여 상기 기어하우징(1)에 대하여 회전가능하게 고정시킨 기어축(4)을 가지며, 상기 탈수축(6)과 모터축(5)의 단부에 서로에 대하여 대향되도록 하여 큰 베빌기어(11,14)들을 고정시키고, 이들 큰 베벨기어(11,14)들 사이에 역시 상기기어축(4)을 축중심으로 기어축(4)에 대하여 자유롭게 회전가능하도록 고정된 한쌍의 작은 베벨기어(12,13)들을 상기 기어축(4)에 일체로 하여 상기 큰 베벨기어(11,14)들과 작은 베벨기어(12,13)들이 서로에 대하여 기어접촉되도록 하여 고정되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 2조식세탁기용 감속기어 조립체.
