Abstract
본 발명은 쯔비터이온성 천연 전이 금속 화합물에 관한 것이다. 이 화합물은 올레핀을 중합시키기 위한 촉매 성분으로서 적합하다.

Claims (14)
- 일반식(I)의 쯔비터이온성 전이 금속 화합물.상기식에서, L은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 π-리간드 도는 전자 공여체이고, n은 1,2,3 또는 4이며, M은 원소 주기율표의 제Ⅲb족,제Ⅳb족, 제Vb족 또는 제VIb족의 금속 원자이고, X는 헤테로원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이며, B는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 제Ib족, 제Ⅱb족, 제Ⅲa족, 제Ⅲb족,제IVa족,제Va족,제Vb족,제VIb족,제VⅡb족 또는 제VⅢb족의 금속 원소이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 과할로겐화된 C1-C40탄화수소 라디칼이고, m은 1,2,3,4 또는 5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 L이 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 π-리간드인 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라디칼 L이 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 치환되지 않거나 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹인 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라디칼 L이 브릿지를 통해 서로 연결되는 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, M이 원소 주기율표의 제IVb족의 금속 원소일 때, n이 2인 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, M이 원소 주기율표의 제IVb족의 금속 원자이고, n이 2이며, L이 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 치환되지 않은 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹이며, 2개의 라디칼 L은 브릿지 Z를 통해 서로 연결될 수 있고, Z는 CR2R3또는 SiR2R3이거나 2개의 단편 LnM+XBA-R1m을 서로 연결하는 단위 Si-(CR2R3)x-Si(여기서, x는 0 내지 10의 정수이다)이며, X와 B는 함께 포화되거나 불포화될 수 있으며 C1-C20탄화수소 라디칼에 의해 치환될 수 있는 3원 내지 5원 알킬쇄를 형성하고, A는 원소 주기율표의 제Ib족, 제Ⅱb족, 제Ⅲb족,제IVb족,제Va족 도는 제Vb족의 금속 원자이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 탄소수 1내지 20의 과플루오르화된 알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이고, m은 2,3 또는 4인 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, M이 지르코늄이고, n이 2이며,L이 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐 그룹이고,2개의 라디칼 L은 브릿지 Z(여기서, Z는 CR2R3또는 SiR2R3이다)를 통해 서로 연결되며, X와 B는 함께 수소원자가 C1-C20알킬그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있는 불포화 4원 알킬쇄를 형성하고, A는 붕소 원자이며, R1은 동일하며 각각 펜타플루오로페닐 그룹(C6F5)이고, m은 3인 전이 금속 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 전이 금속 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는 촉매 성분.
- 제8항에 있어서, 지지체를 추가로 함유하는 촉매 성분.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 반응 생성물을 일반식 AR1m의 화합물과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, L은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 π-리간드 또는 전자 공여체이고, n은 1,2,3 또는 4이며, M은 원소 주기율표의 제Ⅲb족, 제IVb족,제Vb족 또는 제VIb족의 금속 원자이고, X는 헤테로원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 40의 탄화소수 그룹이며, B는 탄소수 1내지 40의 탄화소수 그룹이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 제Ib족, 제Ⅱb족, 제Ⅲa족, 제Ⅱb족, 제Ⅳa족, 제Va족,제Vb족,제VIb족,제VⅡb족 또는 제VⅢb족의 금속원자이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 과할로겐화된 C1-C40탄화수소 라디칼이고, m은 1,2,3,4 또는 5이고, Hal은 할로겐 원자이다.
- 하나 이상의 올레핀을 일반식(I)의 전이 금속 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에서 중합시켜 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, L은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 π-리간드 또는 전자 공여체이고, n은 1,2,3 또는 4이며, M은 원소 주기율표의 제Ⅲb족,제IVb족,제Vb족 또는 제VIb족의 금속 원자이고, X는 헤테로원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이며, B는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 제Ib족,제Ⅱb족, 제Ⅲa족, 제Ⅱb족, 제IVa족,제Va족,제Vb족,제VIb족,제VⅡb족 또는 제VⅢb족의 금속 원소이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 과할로겐화된 C1-C40탄화수소 라디칼이고, m은 1,2,3,4 또는 5이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 촉매가 지지체를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 1-올레핀이 중합되는 방법.
- 올레핀을 중합시키기 위한, 일반식(I)의 전이 금속 화합물의 용도.상기식에서, L은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 π-리간드 또는 전자 공여체이고, n은 1,2,3 또는 4이며, M은 원소 주기율표의 제Ⅲb족, 제IVb족, 제Vb족 또는 제VIb족의 금속 원자이고, X는 헤테로원자 또는 탄소수1 내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이며, B는 탄소수 1내지 40의 탄화수소 그룹이고, A는 원소 주기율표의 제Ib족, 제Ⅱb족,제Ⅲa족,제Ⅱb족, 제IVa족, 제Va족,제Vb족, 제VIb족, 제VⅡb족 또는 제VⅢb족의 금속 원소이며, R1은 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 과할로겐화된 C1-C40탄화수소 라디칼이고,m은 1,2,3,4 또는 5이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
