스크류(3) 축(5)에 공기압을 조정하여 팽창과 수축을 가능케 하고 표면이 함성수지 화합물로 마찰계수가 적게한 공기튜브(4)를 착설하고 초음파등으로 진동하여 전후, 좌우 회전하는 분할실린더(2)(2')내부에 밤피두께만큼 압축될 수 있는 탄성고무용재질(9)(9')과 칼날(10)(10')을 착설하여 연속 밤이 통과시 밤피두께만큼 다수 절취케 하고 이를 150℃ 열풍에 3-5분 통과시켜 껍질과 밤을 분류케 하는 탈피기.Dividing cylinder which adjusts the air pressure on the screw (3) shaft (5) to allow expansion and contraction, and installs the air tube (4) whose surface has a low friction coefficient with a resinous compound and vibrates with ultrasonic waves.
