Abstract
가변적 높이조절 차량 현가장치의 에너지는 지면충격으로 부터 나온다.
이 현가장치는 자유로운 피스톤에 의해 기체챔버로부터 분리되는 액체챔버와 챔버의 와부에 있는 밸브장치를 경유하여 상기의 챔버중 하나로 연결된 스트러트 외부 저장소를 포함하며, 상기 밸브장치는 밸브장치가 연결된 스트러트 챔버와 저장소 사이에서 단일방향의 유체의 흐름을 한 방향 또는 그 반대방향으로 흐르게 하여 선택적으로 작동을 가능하게 하며, 상기 유체흐름 방향이 기체챔버에서의 압력 진동으로 새시가 길어지거나 짧아질 수 있도록 선택되어진 것을 포함하는 신축자재식의 공유압 스트러트를 포함하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 바람직한 구체적 실시예를 포함하는 스트러트 어셈블리의 개략도로서 충돌위치에 있는 스트러트를 나타내는 도면,
제2도는 반동위치에 있는 제1도의 스트러트의 개략도,
제3도는 스트러트 이동에 대한 기체압력 관계에서 기체스프링 특성을 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (11)
- 새시 및 지면과 맞물리는 부분으로 이루어져 있고 지면과 맞물리는 부분이 지면충격으로 인하여 생기는 에너지가 지면과 맞물리는 부분에 대하여 새시의 높이를 조정하는데 사용되며, 이 장치는 충격과 반동압력하에 놓여지는 유체챔버를 포함하고 있으며 새시의 높이를 조절하기 위하여 챔버사이에서 유체가 흐를 수 있게 하는 제2챔버에 밸브로 상호 연결되는 차량용 공유압 현가장치에 있어서, 상기 제2챔버는 새시를 지지하고 있지 않은 보조 챔버이며, 상기 밸브는 충격 또는 반동압력하에 각각 유체가 흐르게 함으로써 선택적으로 새시를 높이거나 낮추도록 원격조정이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공유압 현가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 챔버가 공유압의 공기압 챔버이고, 보조 챔버가 보고 기체실인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공유압 현가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체챔버가 공유압의 유압챔버이고, 보조 챔버는 결합된 기체유압 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공유압 현가장치.
- 자유로운 피스톤에 의해 기체챔버로부터 분리된 액체챔버와 챔버의 외부에 있는 밸브장치를 경유하여 상기 챔버중 하나에 연결된 스트러트의 외부 저장소를 포함하며, 상기 밸브장치는 밸브장치가 연결된 스트러트 챔버와 저장소 사이에서 단일방향의 유체를 한 방향 또는 그 반대방향으로 흐르게 하여 선택적 작동을 가능하게 하며, 상기 유체흐름방향은 기체챔버에서의 압력진동으로 새시가 길어지거나 짧아질수 있도록 선택되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 신축자재식의 공유압 스트러트.
- 상기 어느 항중 한 항에서, 상기 밸브연결은 한쌍의 일방향 밸브를 구비하며, 상기 밸브의 통로는 원격제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 밸브를 통하는 통로의 원격제어장치는 한쌍의 원격조정가능 한 차단밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
- 상기 어느 항중 한항에서, 지면과 맞물리는 각각의 부재에 각각 보조 챔버가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
- 상기 어느 항중 한항에서, 상기 보조 챔버가 차체 외부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
- 상기 어느 항중 한항에서, 상기 보조 챔버의 최대압력이 충격압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
- 상기 어느 항중 한항에서, 상기 보조 챔버의 최소압력이 반동압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 현가장치.
