Abstract

본 발명은 바닥패널플랩(42,44)이 잠금되어 맞물리기 위해 조립될 때 자동적으로 폐쇄되는 끝패널플랩(28)을 갖춘 둘러싸기식 운반구(10)에 관한 것 이다. 끝패 널플랩(28)은 측패널(18)과 보강패널(62)에 접기가능하게 연결되며, 이것도 또한 바닥패널플랩에 접기가능하게 연결된다. 보강패널(62)을 인접한 바닥패널플랩과 맞물리게 접을때 끝패널플랩은 폐쇄상태로 접혀진다. 접혀진 보강패널은 포장물품(B)의 바닥부와 바닥패널과의 사이에 위치되어 끝패널플랩을 폐쇄상태에 잠근다

제4도는 제3도와 유사하지만 바닥패널 잠금위치로 접히는 과정의 반제품을 도시하는 끝면도.
제5도는 명확하게 나타내기 위하여 병은 생략한 채로, 제4도의 운반구 반제품의 한 측패널 및 연결된 바닥패널플랩의 안쪽면의 측면도.
제6도는 포장된 병의 바닥에 대하여 접힌 보강채널을 도시하는 바닥패널 바로 위의 평면을 따른 운반구의 확대 단면도.

Claims (17)

  1. 복수의 물품을 포장하기 위한 둘러싸기식 운반구에 있어서, 각각의 측패널이 상부접기선을 따라 상부패널에 연결되고, 하부정기선을 따라 바닥 패널플랩에 연결되며, 바닥패널플랩이 상호 연결되어 운반구의 바닥패널을 형성하는 양 측패널, 각각의 끝에서 접기선을 따라 끝패널플랩에 연결되는 각각의 측패널, 하부끝에지에서 제1 접기선을 따라 보강패널에 연결되는 각각의 끝패널플랩, 제2 접기선을 따라 결합된 바닥패널플랩의 인접한 끝에지에 연결되는 각각의 보강패널, 보강패널을 중간의 정기선과 상기 제1접기선과의 사이에 뻗어있는 제1부분, 및 중간의 정기선과 상기 제2 정기선과의 사이에 뻗어있는 제2부분으로 분할하는 중간의 대각접기선을 갖춘 각각의 보강패널, 제2부분의 한면이 바닥패널과 접촉하고, 제2부분의 대향면이 제1 보강패널부와 접촉하도록 중간의 정기선 및 제2 접기선에 대하여 접혀지는 각각의 보강패널을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩에 인접한 포장물품의 바닥부는 보강패널의 제1 및 제2부분 위에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 물품은 원통체 부분과 상부패널내의 개구부를 통하여 위로 뻗는 목부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2 접기선에 대하여 보강패널을 접으면 끝패널플랩이 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기 식 운반구.
  5. 제7항에 있어서, 각각의 보강패널의 제2부분은 보강패널의 제2 정기선으로부터 떨어져 뻗어있는 제1 손가락부를 포함하며, 이 손가락부는 접을때 보강패널에 가해진 압력을 수용하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩을 합체된 측패널에 연결하는 접기선은 하부끝에서 보다 상부끝에서 더 밀접하게 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩은 측패널을 끝패널플랩에 연결하는 정기선과 측패널을 바닥패널플랩에 연결하는 접기선의 교차점에서 하부끝에 끝나는 중간접기선을 포함하며, 상기 끝패널의 중간접기선은 끝패널플랩이 인접한 둥근 물품의 형상을 따르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 측패널은 메인 측패널 몸체부분과 접기선을 따라 여기에 연결된 상부의 경사부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩을 측패널에 연결하는 접기선은 메인 측패널 몸체부분에 연결되어 이 메인 측패널 몸체부분을 상부의 경사진 측패널부분에 연결하는 접기선에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 보강패널은 안쪽의 보강패널에지, 합체된 끝패널플랩의 에지 및 결합된 바닥패널플랩의 에지에 의해 한정된 개구부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구
  11. 복수의 물품을 포장하기 위한 둘러싸기식 운반구를 형성하는 반제품에 있어서, 양측에지에서 접기선을 따라 측패널부에 연결된 상부 패널부, 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구의 바닥패널을 형성하도록 상호 연결되기에 적합한 바닥 패널플랩에 하부 접기선을 따라 연결되는 각각의 측패널부, 각각의 끝에서 접기선을 따라 끝패널플램에 연결되는 각각의 측패널부, 하부끝에지에서 제1 접기선을 따라 보강패널에 연결되는 각각의 측패널플랩, 결합된 바닥패널플랩의 인접한 끝에지에 제2 접기선을 따라 연결되는 각각의 보강패널, 보강패널을 중간의 접기선과 상기 제1 접기선과의 사이에 뻗어 있는 제1부분 및 중간의 접기선과 상기 제2 접기선과의 사이에 뻗어 있는 제2부분으로 분할하는 중간의 대각접기선을 갖춘 각각의 보강패널. 제2부분의 한면이 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구의 바닥패널과 접촉하고 제2부분의 대향면이 제1보강패널부와 접촉하여, 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구의 끝패널플랩에 인접할 포장물품의 바닥부가 보강패널의 제1 및 제2부분 위에 놓여 지도록 중간의 접기선과 제2 접기선에 대하여 접혀지기에 적합한 각각의 보강패널을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러 싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 보강패널을 제2 접기선에 대하여 접으면 끝패널플랩이 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 각각의 보강패널의 제2부분은 보강패널의 제2 접기선으로부터 떨어져 뻗어 있는 손가락부를 포함하며, 이 손가락부는 접을 때 보강패널에 가해진 압력을 수용하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩을 결합된 측패널부에 연결하는 접기선은 대향끝에서 보다 하부끝에서 더 멀리 떨어져 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 끝패널플랩은 측패널부를 끝패널플랩에 연결하는 접기선과 측패널부를 바닥패널플랩에 연결하는 접기선의 교차점에서 그 하부끝에서 끝나는 중간의 접기선을 포함하며, 상기 끝패널의 중간접기선은 끝패널플랩을 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내의 인접한 둥근 물품의 형상을 따르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 측패널부는 메인 측패널 몸체부분과 접기선을 따라 이에 연결된 상부부분을 포함하며, 이 상부부분은 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내에서 경사진 측패널부가 되기에 적합하므로 여기에서 목이진 병이 포장되며, 끝패널플랩을 측패널부에 연결하는 접기선은 메인 측패널 몸체부분에 연결되어 이 메인 측패널 본체부를 상부의 측패널부에 연결하는 접기선에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 보강패널은 안쪽의 보강패널에지, 결합된 끝패널플랩의 에지 및 결합된 바닥패널플랩의 에지에 의해 한정된 개구부를 포함하고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 둘러싸기식 운반구용 반제품.
