Claims (31)

  1. (a) 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위와 함께, 하기식 I의 단위 및 하기식 Ⅱ의 단위를 가지며, 공중합체내 식I 및 Ⅱ의 단위의 전체 비율은 7.5 내지 35몰% 범위내인 유용성 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하여 이루어지거나
    -CH2-CRR1- (I)
    -CH2-CRR2- (Ⅱ)
    (상기식에서 각R은 독립적으로 H 또는 CH3를 나타내고, 각 R1및 R2는 독립적으로 식 OOCR3의 기를 나타내며, 여기서 각 R3는 독립적으로 히드로카르빌 기를 나타내며, 단 식 I의 단위는 식Ⅱ의 단위와 상이하고, 식 I이 -CH2-CH(OOCCH3)-를 나타내는 경우, I단위의 몰 비율은 적어도 5%이다) 또는 (b) (i)에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위와 함께, 7.5 내지 35몰%의 하기식 I의 단위를 갖는 유용성 에틸렌 공중합체와

  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물(b)이고, 식에서 R1및 R2가 각각 -OOCR3의 기를 나타내고 여기서 R3이 5 내지 13 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 중합체 성분 (b) (i) 및 (ii)가 각각 14,000이하의 수평균 분자량(Mn)을 갖는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, Mn이 2,000 내지 5,500 범위 내인 조성물.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (b) (i) 및 (ii)의 Mn이 2000 이하 차이나는 조성물.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 성분 (b) (i) 및 (ii)가 각각 10 내지 25몰%의 식 I 및 Ⅱ의 단위를 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 또는 적어도 하나의 중합체가 에틸렌-불포화 에스테르 공중합체의 비누화 및 재-에스테르화에 의해 제조된 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 둘다 -OOCR3를 나타내고 중합체가 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 비누화 및 재-에스테르화에 의해 제조된 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (b) 조성물이고, 공중합체(i)가 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체이거나/또는 R1이 COOCR3(여기서 R3이 탄소원자수 2 내지 7의 직쇄 알킬기이다)을 나타내는 공중합체이고, 공중합체(ii)가 R2이 COOCR3(여기서 R3이 탄소원자수 2 내지 7의 직쇄 알킬기를 나타낸다)을 나타내는 공중합체인 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 왁스 중핵제를 또한 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 왁스 중핵제가 중합체 (a)의 그것 또는 (b) (i) 및 (ii)의 낮은 대표치보다 적어도 2몰% 낮은 에스테르 함량을 갖는 에틸렌-비닐 에스테르 공중합체인 조성물.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코움 중합체를 또한 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 코움 중합체가 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물:
    상기식에서, D는 R11, COOR11, R12COOR11, 또는 OR11이고; E는 H, CH3, D 또는 R12이고; G는 H 또는 D이고, J는 H, R12, R12OCOR11또는 아릴 또는 헤테로고리 기이고; K 는 H, COOR12, OCOR12, OR12또는 COOH이고; L은 H, R12, COOR12, OCOR12, COOH 또는 아릴이고; R11은 C10이상의 하이드로카빌이고; R12는 C1이상의 하이드로카빌이고; m 및 n은 몰비를 나타내고, m은 1.0 내지 0.4의 범위내에 있고, n은 0 내지 0.6의 범위내에 있다.
  18. 제16항 내지 제17항에 있어서, 코움 중합체가 비닐 아세테이트와 푸마레이트 에스테르의 공중합체인 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 에스테르기가 탄소원자수 12내지 20의 알킬기인 조성물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 에스테르기가 탄소원자수 14의 알코올, 또는 탄소원자수 14 및 16의 알코올의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 조성물.
  21. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 상이한 코움 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물.
  22. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 i)C14푸마레이트 에스테르-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 및 ii)C14/C16푸마레이트 에스테르-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물.
  23. 제1항 내지 제22항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극성 질소 화합물을 또한 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물.
  24. 제1항에 있어서, 본 명세서의 실시예들 중 어느 하나에 기재된 것과 실질적으로 같은 조성물.
  25. 제1항 내지 제24항중 어느 한 항의 청구된 것과 같은 첨가제 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 연료 또는 윤활유 조성물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 오일 중량을 기준으로 하여 전체 비율 0.005 내지 1%의 첨가제 조성물에 함유하는 조성물.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 오일 중량을 기준으로 하여 전체 비율 0.001 내지 0.1%의 첨가제를 함유하는 조성물.
  28. 제25항에 있어서, 오일 중량을 기준으로 하여 전체 비율 0.004 내지 0.06%의 첨가제를 함유하는 조성물.
  29. 오일 또는 오일과 혼화성인 용매 내에 제1항 내지 제24항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 첨가제 농축물.
  30. 오일의 저온 특성을 개선함에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제24항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 것과 같은 첨가제 조성물의 용도.
  31. 본 명세서에 기재된 임의의 신규한 특징 또는 본 명세서에 기재된 특징들의 임의의 신규한 조합.
