Abstract

본 발명은 씨디피의 기록 위치 탐색 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 영상이 기록된 씨디의 경우 한곡이 기록되어 있는 것으로 판별하므로 디스크 상의 원하는 위치로 스킵이 불가능하다. 따라서, 디스크의 뒷부분(외주부분)부터 영상을 재생할 때 수동적인 탐색 기능 설정에 의해 탐색 키를 오랜 시간 눌러 원하는 위치로 이동시키므로 사용자에게 불편함을 주는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 영상이 기록된 디스크로 판별한 경우 트랙 점프 시간 또는 점프 폭을 변경하여 이동 속도가 빠르게 되도록 구성한 것으로, 본 발명은 수동 탐색 기능이 설정된 경우 디스크의 기록 곡수를 판별하여 1곡이 기록된 비디오 씨디로 판별하면 트랙 점프 폭이나 점프 시간을 변경하여 원하는 위치까지 고속으로 이동시키므로써 사용자에게 이용의 편리성을 제공하여 만족감을 줄 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method of searching for a recording position of a CD.
