Abstract

형성메모리합금의 추가성분에 의해 스프링-백(spring-back)으로 인하여 그 갭을 브라징(bridging)하는 것이 필요하다.
이 성분없이 조작하기 위하여, 그 튜브재의 강도값보다 더 낮은 강도 값을 가진 슬리브제르 사용한다. 그 튜브의 스프링-백이 더 커짐으로써 리크방지 접속을 얻는다.

튜브와 슬리브 사이의 리크방지접속을 얻는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 이 발명에 의한 슬리브(sleeve)와 튜브를 접속시킨 부분단면도, 제2도는 튜브재와 슬리브재의 응력-변형선도.

Claims (2)

  1. 리크(leak)(2)을 가진 금속체 튜브(1)와, 그 리크상에 형성되고 팽창에 의해 그 튜브의 내벽에 대하여 처리되는 금속제슬리브(3) 사이의 리크(leak) 방지접속을 얻는 방법에 있어서, 그 튜브재보다 더 낮은 강도값을 가진 슬리브재를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 슬리브재는 그 열팽창계수가 그 튜브재의 열팽창게수보다 더 크거나 동일한 슬리브재를 선택함을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
