Abstract
본 발명은 요동하는 두 부재사이에 취부되어 진동 및 충격을 흡수하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 실린더를 이중으로 설치하여 가진력에 따라 댐핑상수를 변화시킴으로써 가진력에 맞는 적절한 완충력을 갖도록 하여 기기를 보호하고 수명을 연장할 수 있는 이중실린더형 충격흡수장치에 관한 것이다. 본 장치는 제1실린더의 내부에 제2실린더를 삽입하여 두개의 공동으로 구획하고 이 공간상을 제2실린더가 이동케 설치한다. 그리고 제2실린더의 양단부상에 제1, 제2탄성부재를 탄설하여 압착력을 받도록 한다. 또한, 제2실린더의 내부에 피스톤을 장착하여 두개의 공동으로 분할하고 피스톤에 제2오리피스를 설치하여 이 오리피스를 통하여 유체가 유동하도록 구성했다. 아울러 제2실린더에도 제1오리피스를 형성하여 작은 충격이 미칠 경우 제2오리피스를 통하여 유체가 흐르도록 하며, 중간 정도의 힘이 작용하면 제2실린더가 이동하여 탄성부재에 의해 완충된다. 또한, 큰 힘이 작용할 경우는 제1오리피스를 통하여 유체가 흘러 가진력에 크기에 따라 댐핑상수가 변화되도록 구성했다. 이와 같이 구성함으로 기기의 수명을 연장시킬수 있으며, 가진력에 따른 적절한 완충효과를 가질 수 있다.The present invention relates to a device mounted between two swinging members to absorb vibration and shock, in particular, by installing a double cylinder to change the damping constant according to the excitation force to have a proper buffering force suitable for the excitation force to protect the device and life It relates to a double cylinder-type shock absorbing device that can extend.
