Abstract

펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 셀룰로스 분해 효소를 0.05%이상 펄프에 가하는 단계, 펄프를 40℃이상의 온도에서 약 40 내지 약60분 동안 셀룰로스 분해 효소와 접촉시키는 단계, 펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 수용성 양이온성 중합체를 0.011%이상 가하는 단계, 펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 수용성의 음이온성 또는 비온성 중합체를 0.007%이상 가하는 단계 및 이렇게 처리한 펄프로 종이를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 종이 펄프의 자유도를 개선시키는 방법이 기술되어 있다.

종이 펄프의 자유도를 향상시키기 위한 양이온, 음이온 다중 전극

제1도는 음이온성 중합체 A의 자유도 변화에 대한 통계학적 분석도이고, 제2도는 음이온성 중합체 B의 자유도 변화에 대한 통계학적 분석도이며, 제3도는 0.1%의 효소 용량을 구입하는데 사용하는 자유도 증가를 나타내는 개략적 플롯팅.

Claims (5)

  1. a)펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 셀룰로스 분해효소(cellulolytic enzyme) 0.05%이상을 가하는 단계, b)펄프를 40℃이상의 온도에서 약30분 내지 약60분 동안 셀룰로스 분해 효소와 접촉시키는 단계, c)펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 수용성 양이온성 중합체를 0.011%이상 가하는 단계, d)펄프의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 아크릴아미드/아크릴산(음이온성 중합체)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 수용성 중합체를 0.007%이상 가하는 단계 및 e)이렇게 처리한 펄프를 종이로 형성하는 단계의 연속적인 단계를 특징으로 하여, 종이 펄프의 자유도를 개선 시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 양이온성 중합체가 아크릴 아미드를 20 내지 80중량% 함유하는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 양이온성 아크릴아미드 공중합체가 아크릴아미드-디알릴디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온성 중합체가 중합체의 중량에 대해 아크릴아미드 약 20 내지 95%와 음이온성 단량체 약5 내지 80%를 포함하는 아클릴아미드 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 음이온성 중합체가 아크릴산과 메타크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
