Abstract
아크릴산 수용액으로부터의 물의 제거는 과증발로 10 내지 90%의 물을 제거함으로써 수행된다. 이로 인해 후속적인, 증류에 의한 아크릴산의 후처리가 보다 용이해진다.

제1도는 일단계 과증발반응을 나타낸 것이다, 제2도는 3-단계 캐스캐이드를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (9)
10 내지 90%의 물을 막을 사용하여 과증발시킴으로써 제거함을 특징으로 하여, 아크릴산 수용액으로 부터 물을 제거 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 과증발을 60 내지 100℃, 바람직하게는 70 내지 95℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 과증발시키는 동안 보유 물질 면의 압력이 0.1 내지 0.2Mpa, 바람직하게는 상압이고, 투과물 면의 압력이 1내지 900hpa, 바람직하게는 70 내지 200hpa임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 투과물 면에 투입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 알콜을 포함하는 분리층 또는 폴리비닐 알코올 90% 초과하는 정도로 포함하는 분리층을 갖는 막을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 20 내지 70% 농도, 바람직하게는 40 내지 60% 농도의 용액을 사용하고, 60 내지 95% 농도, 바람직하게는 70 내지 80% 농도의 보유 물질을 수득하고, 아크릴산을 20%미만, 바람직하게는 1 내지 10% 함유하는 투과물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 과증발을 한단계 또는 수단계로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 물을 다단계로 제거하고 과증발을 이러한 제거의 제1단계 이상에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 다단계로 물을 제거하는 경우 역삼투를 최종 단계 및 필요한 경우 제1단계가 아닌 전단계에서도 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
