Abstract
구조 패널은 하니콤 재료로 된 경량의 구조 내부 코어에 접착된 얇은 내외 표면 시트를 갖는다. 내부 표면시트는 방산될 열을 발생하는 장비를 수용하기 위한 것이며 외부 표면 시트는 방사 등의 열 방산을 하도록 되어 있다. 패널 내부의 복수개의 근접 이격된 열 파이프는 서로에 대해 그리고 장착되는 장비로부터의 열을 수용하기 위한 내부 표면 시트에 대해 열 결합된다. 패널 내부의 복수개의 이격된 열 파이프는 근접 이격된 열 파이프에 대해 직각이며 외부 표면 시트 및 그와의 교차부 부근의 근접 이격된 열 파이프에 대해 열 결합된다. 방산될 열은 장비로부터 내부 표면 시트, 근접 이격된 열 파이프, 격리된 열 파이프 및 외부 표면 시트를 향해 짧고 직접적이며 효과적인 통로를 따라 흘러서 방산되게 된다.

Claims (8)
- 길이를 따라 높은 열 전도성을 가지며 나란히 열 결합된 관계로 근접 배치되는 적어도 세 개의 긴 제1열 전도성 요소와, 길이를 따라 높은 열 전도성을 가지며 서로 격리되어 나란히 근접 배치되고 상기 제1열 전도성 요소와는 각도를 가지고 교차되는 적어도 세개의 긴 제2열 전도성 요소와, 길이를 따라 상기 제2열 전도성 요소 각각에 열 결합된 제1표면 및 그 반대쪽에는 제2표면을 갖는 열 전도성 재료로 된 제1표면 시트와, 태양광 흡수성 보다 훨씬 큰 방열성을 갖는 상기 제1표면 시트의 상기 제2표면 상의 열 제어 재료, 및 길이를 따라 상기 제1열 전도성 요소 각각에 열 결합된 제1표면과 상기 제1열 전도성 요소에 겹치는 소정 위치에서 열 제어 할 복수개의 장치를 수용하는 제2표면을 가진 열 전도성 재료로 된 제2표면 시트를 포함하며, 상기 제1열 전도성 요소는 상기 교차부에서 상기 제2열전도성 요소에 실제로수직이며, 상기 제2열 전도성 요소 각각은 상기 교차부 부근의 상기 제1열 전도성 요소에 근접 배치되어 열 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2열 전도성 요소는 열 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2열 전도성 요소 중 하나는, 제1 및 제2열 전도성 요소 중 다른 하나와의 교차점 부근에는, 상기 교차점 부근의 상기 제1 및 제2열 전도성 요소 사이에 열 전도성을 증가시키기 위한 열 전도성 재료로 된 확대부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2열 전도성 요소를 함유하지 않는 상기 제1 및 제2표면 시트 사이의 공간내의 상기 제1 및 제2표면 시트 사이에 고정된 복수개의 기공을 포함하는 재료도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 상기 제1표면 시트의 제1면과 상기 제2표면 시트의 제1표면 사이에 접착된 단부를 갖는 하니콤을 포함하는 복수개의 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 제어할 장치를 수용하기 위해 상기 소정 위치 이외의 상기 제2표면 시트의 제2표면상에 열 제어 재료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 길이를 따라 높은 열 전도성을 각각 갖는 적어도 두개의 긴 제3열 전도성 요소도 포함하며, 사기 제3열 전도성 요소는 상기 제1 및 제2표면 시트 사이에 서로 나란하고 근접 격리되어 열 결합된 관계로 배치되며 상기 제1열 전도성 요소로부터 격리되고 상기 제1 열 전도성 요소에 근접하여 각도를 가지면서 교차되고, 상기 제2열 전도성 요소는 상기 교차부 부근의 상기 제2열 전도성 요소에 열 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2열 전도성 요소 중 적어도 하나는 단부 중 하나가 전체 길이의 2퍼센트 보다 큰 길이를 갖고, 상기 길이는 상기 제1표면 시트의 엣지를 따라서 놓이도록 각도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 열 파이프 네트워크 일체형 구조 패널.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
