Abstract

본 발명은 2가지 유체(통상 액체)를 압축성 제3유체(통상 공기 또는 스팀)에 의해 공급되는 모멘텀을 사용하여 내부적으로 혼합하고, 3종유체의 미세하게 분무된 혼합물 제트를 방출하는 분무기에 관한 것으로, 상기 고속제트로부터 발생한 에너지도 주변물과의 친밀한 혼합 뿐만 아니라 3유체를 노즐헤드 외부에서 추가적으로 혼합하게 되는 바, 상기한 분무기는 3가지 유체를 포함하는 혼합물을 수용하는 공간을 구획하는 노즐헤드와; 이 노즐헤드를 통해 제트를 방출하는 노즐홀 및; 노즐헤드에 결합되어 제1유체와 제2유체 및 제3유체를 상기 노즐헤드쪽으로 공급하는 공급관을 갖추고, 상기한 제1유체공급관에는 도관벽을 관통한 틈이 구비되어 제1유체와 제2유체를 제3유체에 의해 지나치게 혼합되거나 분산되기 전에 결합하게 되며, 제2유체공급관은 제1유체공급관 주위에 집중적으로 위치하고 제3유체공급관은 상기 제2유체공급관 주위에 집중적으로 위치되어진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제1유체와 제2유체 및 제3유체를 포함하는 혼합물을 수용하는 공간을 구획하는 노즐헤드와; 상기 노즐헤드를 관통한 제트를 방출하는 적어도 하나의 노즐홀; 상기 노즐헤드에 결합되면서 제2유체를 노즐헤드쪽으로 공급하게 되는 제1유체공급수단; 상기 노즐헤드에 결합되면서 이 노즐헤드쪽으로 제2유체를 공급하는 제2유체 공급수단 및; 상기 노즐헤드에 결합되면서 제3유체를 노즐헤드쪽으로 공급하는 제3유체공급수단을 구비하고서 제1유체와 제2유체 및 압축성 제3유체를 혼합하고 그 제트를 방출하는 3종유체분무기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1유체공급수단이 제1유체공급관이고, 제2유체공급수단은 제1유체공급관 주위에 집중적으로 배치되면서 제1환형 유체통로를 구획하는 제2유체공급관이며, 제3유체공급수단은 상기 제2유체공급관 주위에 집중적으로 위치되어 제2환형 유체통로를 구획하는 제3유체공급관으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 3종 유체분무기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1유체공급관에 제1유체공급관의 벽을 관통한 틈을 구비하여 제1환형 유체통로로부터 제1유체공급관쪽으로 제2유체를 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 3종유체분무기.
  4. 제1유체와 제2유체 및 제3유체를 포함한 혼합물을 수용하는 공간을 구획하는 노즐헤드에 결합된 제1유체 공급관을 통해 제1유체를 공급하는 단계와; 상기 제1유체공급관 주위로 집중적으로 위치되고 노즐헤드에 결합된 제2유체공급관을 통해 제2유체를 공급하는 단계; 제2유체가 제1유체공급관의 벽내에 틈을 통해 흐르게 하여 제1유체공급관내에 제1유체와 제2유체를 혼합하는 단계; 노즐헤드에 결합되고 상기 제2유체공급관 주위에 집중적으로 설치된 제3유체공급관을 통해 압축성 제3유체를 공급하는 단계; 혼합쳄버내에서 압축성 제3유체와 제1유체 및 제2유체를 혼합하는 단계 및 ; 제1유체와 제2유체 및 압축성 제3유체 제트를 노즐헤드내의 하나 또는 다수의 홀을 통해 방출하는 단계로 구성된 분무기내에서 제1유체와 제2유체 및 압축성 제3유체를 혼합하는 방법.
