Abstract

집중설치용인 레일에 직접 설치하여 사용하는 방식인 변환밸브와 매니폴드베이스에 설치하여 사용하는 방식의 변환밸브를 동일구조의 밸브보디로 하므로써 양쪽에 겸용할 수 있도록 한다.
변환밸브(1)의 밸브보디(6)의 하면에 압력유체의 공급포트(P) 제1출력포트(A1, B1) 및 배출포트(EA, EB)를 개방하는 동시에 밸브보디의 상면에 제1출력포트에 연결되는 제2출력포트(A2, B2)를 개방시키고, 밸브보디(6)에 상기한 각 포트에 연결되는 공급통로(8)와 배출통로(9a, 9b)를 설치하여 밸브보디의 하면을 집중설치용의 레일(3)과 매니폴드베이스(2)와 선택적으로 설치가능한 블랭킹 플레이트(4)를 보유하는 설치면으로 하였다.

제1도는 본 발명의 변환밸브를 매니폴드베이스에 설치한 상태의 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 변환밸브에 블랭킹플레이트를 설치한 상태의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 변환밸브를 레일에 직접 설치한 상태를 표시하는 요부 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 압력유체의 공급포트, 출력포트, 배출포트 및 이들 포트가 개방되는 밸브구멍을 보유하는 밸브보디와 상기 밸브구멍을 접동하는 밸브체를 구비하고, 그 밸브체의 접동에 의해 상기 출력포트와 공급포트 및 배출포트의 연결상태가 변환되도록 되어 있으며, 복수개가 집중적으로 연속설치되어 사용되는 변환밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브보디가, 변환밸브의 연속설치방향으로 관통하는 압력유체의 공급통로와 배출통로를 보유하고 또, 상기 출력포트가 서로 연결되는 제1출력포트와 제2출력포트로 분리되어 있고, 상기 공급포트와 제1출력포트 및 배출포트가 밸브보디의 하면에 개방되는 동시에 제2출력포트가 밸브보디의 상면에 개방되고 또, 상기 공급포트 및 배출포트가 상기 공급통로 및 배출통로에 각각 연결되며, 상기 공급통로와 배출통로 및 제2출력포트가 플러그에 의해 개폐가능하게 구성되고, 상기 밸브보디의 하면이, 집중설치용의 레일과, 상기 공급포트와 제1출력포트 및 배출포트에 각각 연통하는 공급유로와 출구 및 배출유로를 구비한 매니폴드베이스와 그 밸브보디와 그 밸브보디에 설치된 상기 레일의 사이에 삽입하여 상기 공급포트와 제1출력포트 및 배출포트를 모두 폐쇄하는 불랭킹플레이트를 선택적으로 설치할 수 있는 설치면으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환밸브.
