Abstract

자동차의 사이드미러에 있어서, 후사경의 조정성을 향상시키는 동시에 경면진동방지 및 조립성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 사이드미러 조정장치에 관한 것으로, 사이드미러의 케이스(10) 내부에 고정되는 환형캡(20)과, 상기 환형캡(20)의 전면 중앙부에 양측이 전, 후로 회동가능하게 연결되는 회전레버(30)와; 상기 회전레버(30)의 양측단이 끼워지는 안내홈(41)이 형성되어 환형캡(20)에 유동가능하게 조립되는 회전체(40)와; 전면에 후사경(50)이 부착되어 그 배면부가 상기 회전체(40)에 체결되는 후사경홀더(60)와; 차내에 회동가능하게 설치되어 단부에 볼(71)이 일체로 형성된 조절레버(70)와, 상기 케이스(10)에 고정되어 조절레버(70)의 볼(71)을 회동가능하게 지지하는 볼죠인트(80)와; 양측단이 상기 환형캡(20)과 볼죠인트(80)의 양측하단부와 중앙상부에 각각 연통하도록 연결되는 안내관(90)들과, 상기 안내관(90)을 통하여 그 양단이 회전체(40)와 볼(71)의 양측하단부와 중앙상부에 각각 고정되는 와이어(100)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 사이드미러 조정장치.

Claims (1)

  1. 사이드미러의 케이스(10) 내부에 고정되는 환형캡(20)과, 상기 환형캡(20)의 전면 중앙부에 양측이 전, 후로 회동가능하게 연결되는 회전레버(30)와; 상기 회전레버(30)의 양측단이 끼워지는 안내홈(41)이 형성되어 환형캡(20)에 유동가능하게 조립되는 회전체(40)와; 전면에 후사경(50)이 부착되어 그 배면부가 상기 회전체(40)에 체결되는 후사경홀더(60)와, 차내에 회동가능하게 설치되어 단부에 볼(71)이 일체로 형성된 조절레버(70)와; 상기 케이스(10)에 고정되어 조절레버(70)의 볼(71)을 회동가능하게 지지하는 볼죠인트(80)와; 양측단이 상기 환형캡(20)과 볼죠인트(80)의 양측하단부와 중앙상부에 각각 연통하도록 연결되는 안내관(90)들과, 상기 안내관(90)을 통하여 그 양단이 회전체(40)와 볼(71)의 양측하단부와 중앙상부에 각각 고정되는 와이어(100)들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 사이드미러 조정장치.
