Abstract

본 발명은 습식배연탈황장치(濕式排煙脫硫裝置)등에 사용되는 기액접촉장치, 특히, 고가인 재질을 사용하는 일없이 스프레이노즐의 내마모성등의 향상을 도모할 수 있고, 높은 신뢰성과 경제성이 실현된 기액접촉장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 기체가 유통하는 탑본체(3)내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐(20)을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치에 있어서, 상기 스프레이노즐(20)의 액입구부(21)의 형상을 상기 스프레이노즐(20)의 액토출구직경의 0.2배이상의 곡율반경을 가진 벨형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예인 기액접촉장치의 요부를 표시한 측단면도. 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예인 기액접촉장치를 사용한 배연탈황장치(排煙脫硫裝置)의 요부를 표시한 설명도, 제3도는 본 발명에 관한 세라믹스제 노즐의 지지구조의 일실시예를 표시한 부분단면측면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 관한 세라믹스제노즐의 지지구조를 슬러리헤더파이프에 장착한 상태를 표시한 도면, 제5도는 본 발명에 관한 일실시예의 조임플랜지의 부분단면측면도를 표시한 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 액입구부의 형상을 상기 스프레이노즐의 액토출구직경의 0.2배이상의 곡율반경을 가진 밸형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
  2. 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 재질을 JIS-A경도가 50∼100°의 폴리에테르계 우레탄고무 및 평균분자량 1,000,000∼4,000,000의 폴리에틸렌중의 하나로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
  3. 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 액입구부의 형상을 상기 스프레이노즐의 액토출구직격의 0.2배이상의 곡율반경을 가진벨형상으로 하는 동시에, 상기 스프레이노즐의 재질을 JIS-A경도가 50∼100°의 폴리에테르계 우레탄고무 및 평균분자량 1,000,000∼4,000,000의 폴리에틸렌중의 하나로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
  4. (a)노즐본체의 외주면에 융기부를 가진 세라믹스제노즐과, (b)조즐본체의 외형보다 큰 개구를 가진 플랜지본체와 플랜지본체의 하부면으로부터 노즐본체와 거의 동심형상으로 뻗는 중통부(中筒部)로 이루어지고, 또한 중통부의 벽에는 관통구명을 가진 조임플랜지와, (c)조임플랜지의 중통부보다 큰 치수의 내경을 가진 통형상체로 이루어지고, 통형상체의 상부에서 상기 플랜지본체와의 볼트결합에 의해 조임플랜지에 연결되는 지지노즐을 구비하고, (d)상기 중통부의 안쪽 및 바깥쪽이 관통구멍을 개재해서 일체가 되도록 탄성수지를 노즐과 지지노즐의 사이의 간격에 충전해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스제노즐의 지지구조.
