Abstract

건축 및 자동차 공업용 TPE발포 프로파일의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 2단계 전단처리로 용융물내에 주입되는 물의 초미세 분포가 달성되며, 따라서 매우 균질하고 초미세한 발포가 이루어진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 환경적으로 접합한 발포제인 물을 사용하여 발포 TPE 프로파일을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, TPE를 과립형태로 압출기에 공급하여 용융하고, 180℃ 내지 210℃의 온도와 100 내지 200바(bar)의 압력을 갖는 TPE 용융물에 중량으로 용융을 처리량의 5퍼센트에 달하는 물을 주입하고, 상기 TPE 용융물과 물의 혼합물을 한정된 다중단계 적어도 2단계의 전단처리를 가하고, 상기 두 전단단계 사이에 한정된 거리를 유지하며, 상기 TPE 용융물과 물의 혼합물을 상기 전단 단계 사이에서 강력하게 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 제2전단 단계를 통과한 후에 추가적인 길이 방향 혼합작용과 온도조정을 가한 다음에 프로파일 다이(15)를 통해 압출, 발포, 냉각 및 와인딩 또는 일정크기로 절단하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 TPE 프로파일 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 데 적합한 압출기에 있어서, 구동장치(1)와, 배럴(2)내부에서 회전하는 이송 스크루(3)와, 상기 배럴 벽을 통해 삽입된 적어도 하나의 물주입 밸브(5)를 구비하며, 상기 스크루(3)는 재료를 용융시키는 이송 섹션(16)과 전단 및 균질화 섹션(17, 18)으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 전단 및 균질화 섹션(17, 18)은 적어도 하나의 2단계 전단 섹션(17)과 강력 혼합섹션(18)으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 2단계 전단 섹션(17)은 입구 부분에는 블리스터(8)가 구비되고 긴 중앙부분에는 1 내지 4D(D=스쿠루 직경)의 치형 링(10)이 구비되고 출구 부분에는 제2블리스터(12)가 구비되어 있으며, 상기 균질화 섹션(18)에는 이송방향에 대해 직각으로 배열된 치형 디스크(14)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
