Abstract

본 발명은 부직포에 수용성 고분자 및 열경화성 수지 조성물을 부여한 후 수용성고분자를 제거하고 해성분을 용출한 다음 후가공하여 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 열경화성 수지 조성물로서 다공성 실리콘옥사이드가 1.5∼5 중랑% 함유되어 있는 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 라이팅 효과, 촉감, 반발특성, 봉제성 등 외관적 특징 뿐만 아니라 발수성, 대전방지성, 통기성 등을 크게 개선하여 쾌적한 착용감을 주는 스웨드조 인공피혁을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 부직포에 수용성 고분자 및 열경화성 수지 조성물을 부여한 후 수용성고분자를 제거하고 해성분을 용출한 다음 후가공하여 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 열경화성 수지 조성물로서 다공성 실리콘옥사이드가 1.5~5중량% 함유되어 있는 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 실리콘옥사이드는 입자의 크기가 5~40㎛, 표면적이 100~380㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 스웨드조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
