Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기의 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로 종래에 풀리의 동력을 직접 또는 간접적으로 연결하는 입력기어에 의하여 회전하는 클러스터기어와 클러치기구에 의해 상승하는 피니언 에지테이터에 의하여 회전력을 전달하였으며 입력기어의 회전력을 차단하거나 일체로 연결하는 클러치스프링에 의하여 세탁행정과 탈수행정시의 세탁축의 회전을 차단하거나 공급하도록 되어 있어 복잡한 구조에 의하여 공정이 복잡하고 클러치역할을 제대로 수행하지 못하여 동력전달에 미흡한 점이 있어서 본 발명에서는 입력기어(14)의 상단에는 일방향 니들베어리(20)이 내장되어 외연에 끼워지는 하부캠(24)의 상부에 상부캠(22)이 설치되고 세탁축(34) 상단에 설치된 바스켓허브(38)와 나선 결합되어 있는 탈수축(28) 하단의 피니언(28a)이 상단캠(22) 상부에 설치된 피니언에지테이터(26)와 랙(26a)과 대응하고 피니언에지테이터(26)와 탈수축(28) 사이에는 스프링클러치(32)가 내장되어 상부캠(22)과 피니언에지테이터(26) 사이에는 트러스트 볼베어링(30)을 설치 구성하여서 세탁과 탈수행정을 정확하게 하면서 탈수행정시 상부캠이 떨어져 기계의 파손과 소음을 배재하면서 조립을 간소화하고 부품비용 절감과 조립공수를 감소하도록 하는 특징이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모우터와 연결된 풀리(12)의 구동으로 입력기어(14)의 회전에 의하여 세탁축(34)이 회전하면서 세탁과 탈수행정을 이루는 동력전달 장치에 있어서, 상기 입력기어(14)의 상단에는 일방향 니들베어링(20)이 내장되며 외연에 끼워지는 하부캠(24)의 상부에 상부캠(22)이 설치되고 세탁축(34) 상단에 설치된 바스켓허브(38)와 나선 결합되어 있는 탈수축(28) 하단의 피니언(28a)이 상단캠(22) 상부에 설치된 피니언에지테이터(26)의 랙(26a)과 대응하고 피니언에지테이터(26)와 탈수축(28) 사이에는 스프링클러치(32)가 내장되며 상부캠(22)과 피니언에지테이터(26) 사이에는 트러스트 볼베어링(30)을 설치하여서 세탁과 탈수행정을 이루도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 동력전달장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 일방향 니들베어링(20)을 사각스프링(46)으로 구비하여서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 동력전달장치.
