종래의 방법으로 제조한 것은 제전성피브릴이 섬유단면의 표피층에 집중되어 있었으므로 감량가공처리하면 표피층이 제거되어서 제전성능이 약화되었음.In the conventional method, antistatic fibrils were concentrated in the epidermal layer of the fiber cross-section. Thus, the weight loss treatment reduced the epidermal layer and weakened the antistatic performance.
본 발명은 섬유단면내에 제전성피브릴이 고르게 분포되도록하여서 우수한 제전성과 내구성을 발휘할 수 있도록 폴리에스테르성분에 폴리알킬렌옥사이드 3중량% 이하, 알킬술폰산염 또는 알킬아릴술폰산염 2중량%이하가 함유되도록 용융블랜드한 다음 방사드래프트 150~300으로 방사하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법임.The present invention contains 3 wt% or less of polyalkylene oxide, 2 wt% or less of alkyl sulfonate or alkyl aryl sulfonate in the polyester component so that the antistatic fibril is evenly distributed in the cross section of the fiber so as to exhibit excellent antistatic properties and durability.
