Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 본 발명자들에 의하여 기출원된 고강도 고인성 스프링용강의 합금성분에 대하여, 강도 및 인성향상측면에서의 최적 열처리조건을 제시하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명은 화학조성이 중량%로 탄소 : 0.5-0.7%, 실리콘 : 1.0-3.0%, 망간 : 0.3-1.5%, 크롬 : 0.3-1.0%, 바나늄 : 0.05-0.3%, 니켈 : 0.5-3%, 인 : 0.02%이하, 황 : 0.02%이하 그리고 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 된 합금성분에 대하여 830-870℃에서 오스테나이트 열처리한 후 320-420℃에서 템퍼링 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 고인성 스프링용강을 제조하는 방법이다.

제1도(a)는 템퍼링 온도에 따른 강도, 단면 감소율 및 연신율의 변화도이고, 제1도(b)는 템퍼링 온도에 따른 비커스 경도 및 충격인성치의 변화도이고,
제2도는 변형저항성 측정치를 표시한 도면이다.
Claims (1)
- 화학조성이 중량%로 탄소 : 0.5-0.7%, 실리콘 : 1.0-3.0%, 망간 : 0.3-1.5%, 크롬 : 0.3-1.0%, 바나늄 : 0.05-0.3%, 니켈 : 0.5-3%, 인 : 0.02%이하, 황 : 0.02%이하 그리고 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 된 합금성분에 대하여 830-870℃에서 오스테나이트 열처리한 후 320-420℃에서 템퍼링 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 고인성 스프링용강을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
