Abstract
본 발명은 생산성이 향상되고, 가열 착색성 문제, 잔류 단량체 함량의 증가문제, 내열성 저하문제 및 성형불량 문제 등이 없는 우수한 메타크릴계 수지 성형재료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 메틸메타크릴레이트 단독 또는 메틸메타크릴레이트를 주성분으로 적어도 70%이상인 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 대해서, 직쇄알킬메르캅탄 0.1-0.8 중량부 존재하에서 10시간 반감기 온도가 60-75℃인 저온중합개시제 0.02-0.25 중량부와 10시간 반감기 온도가 90-110℃인 고온중합 개시제 0.03-0.30 중량부를 병용 첨가 중합함을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for producing an excellent methacryl-based resin molding material having improved productivity, no heat coloring problem, an increase in residual monomer content, a low heat resistance problem, and a poor molding problem.
