Abstract

엔진의 작동시 발생되는 롤링과 고주파 미진폭 진동을 동시에 흡수할 수 있도록 하여 승차감을 향상시킬 목적으로:
상측으로 롤링 흡수부가 형성되에 엔진에 연결되고, 그의 하측으로 로드가 입설되어 이의 로드 하측부로 진동 흡수부가 일체로 형성되어 차체에 연결되는 롤 스톱퍼와:
상기 로드의 하단부에 형성되는 통공과 일직선상을 이루는 차체에 전자 제어유닛에 의하여 제어되어 그의 작동봉이 상기 통공을 출입할 수 있는 솔레노이드를 포함하는 제어기구를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤스톱퍼 마운팅 구조를 제공한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상측을 롤링 흡수부가 형성되에 엔진에 연결되고, 그의 하측으로 로드가 입설되어 이의 로드 하측부로 진동 흡수부가 일체로 형성되어 차체에 연결되는 롤 스톱퍼와: 상기 로드의 하단부에 형성되는 통공과 일직선상을 이루는 차체에 전자제어유닛에 의하여 제어되어 그의 작동봉이 상기 통공을 출입할 수 있는 솔레노이드를 포함하는 제어기구를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 롤링 흡수부는 내,외측관 사이로 고무부재가 개재되는 형태를 취하며, 상기 고무부재의 상하측부에 탄성홈이 형성되어 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 진동 흡수부는 로드의 외측으로 받침부재가 위치하고 상기 로드와 받침부재의 사이에는 고무부재가 개재되어 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 받침부재는 상측단이 외측으로 절곡되는 사각형의 프레임으로 형성되며, 로드 또한 띠상의 부재로 형성되어 이의 넓은 면과 받침부재의 사이로 고무부재가 배치되어 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 솔레노이드의 작동봉 외측에는 작동봉의 출입을 안내하는 가이더를 설치하여 이루어지는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 차체의 솔레노이드의 반대측 차체의 수직면에는 상기 작동봉의 선단이 걸릴 수 있는 걸림턱을 배치함을 특징을 하는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 로드는 통공의 외주연에 완충 고무를 배치하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차 엔진의 롤 스톱퍼 마운팅 구조.
