Abstract

본 발명은 슬러리로부터 결정을 회수하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 테레프탈산 슬러리로부터 정제 테레프탈산을 제조하는 과정에서 발생되는 입도가 작은 결정이 여과매체를 막아 그 기능을 방해하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 가성소다 수용액을 분사하여 결정을 녹인 다음 세정액 주입관으로 물을 분사하여 결정을 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전진공필터를 이용하여 테레프탈산 등과 같은 유기산 슬러리를 공급하고 결정을 회수하는 과정에 있어서, 여과매체의 막힘으로 인해 필터의 효율이 저하되는 것을 방지하기 위해 가성소다 수용액으로 세정한 후 세정액 주입관으로 물을 분사하여 세정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리로부터 결정을 회수하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가성소다 수용액은 1∼20% 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리로부터 결정을 회수하는 방법.
