본 발명은 엔코더를 이용하여 회전체의 회전속도를 측정하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 속도측정장치에 있어서는 샘플링시간이 일정하게 고정되어 있어 현재 카운터 데이타와 이전의 카운터 데이타의 차값이 속도에 비례하여 많은 차이를 갖게 되고, 이로인하여 속도변동이 커서 넓은 범위의 속도를 피드백할때 속도정보의 정밀도가 저하되는 문제점이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여 전동기(10)의 회전속도에 따라 샘플링시간을 가변하여 K번째 샘플링의 처음 펄스와 정해진 일정시간후의 펄스사이의 펄스갯수(ΔM)와 시간(ΔT')의 비율을 정확하게 계산함으로써 속도 추정에 대한 높은 정밀도를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a technique for measuring the rotational speed of a rotating body by using an encoder.
